  1. mmm.......I actually find the G3 RIS to be a bit heavier. . . nearly twice the weight of the original grip. But it's nice I've made my own grip for my G3 and am making a boxmag ATM. Pics to come later
  2. I think a desert vest on ACU would look better. but hey I'm weird. hmm. . . . well. . . the Ministry of Defence has moved up it's plans to replace the L85. And at least the army's better than Russia's WWII era military. You get bullets. you get the gun. when your comrade gets shot. you get both
  3. those 'noots' look really weird, pure CB looks better imo
  4. Hmm. The TM bipod metal isn't too good. after a few games, the lock(keeps the legs in place) wore out. dirtyazzmutha (nice name) the M41 looks great. but eh. . . you've got a sweet ACU loadout. . . and a black gun. >< GREAT stuff. buy maybe you should spray the gun Crossbow. I believe the metal bodies that come installed with the CA guns are touched up by people at the factory. the ones bought seperately for installation on TM guns or CA ones is a bit less refined.
  5. those are really nice. you do them from memory? A problem I have is that I tend to get the dimensions a bit off. Good job on the shading. what did you use?
  6. hahahahaa.....I use to do that. . . . . . I'm not sure if it'd help. but maybe try some silicone oil on the joints?
  7. Victory, that is one SWEET Sig. coincidentally I just took apart my CYMA one to scavenge for parts. Really unique look. Why the crane stock AND PeQ? Both batts? or is the PEQ genuine?
  8. Don't completely trust me as I've only handled the in store sampler(always the best) but it's got some DEFINITE pros. If you plan on getting a G3 for the long run, get te CA. internals are cheaper to replace. and CA internals aren't really as hmm...unreliable as they used to be. CA quallity keeps going up. Getting the CA G3 and replacing the internals is a lot cheaper than getting a TM and getting a full metal kit which would be about 100 USD
  9. Darklite. . . . I never said I liked using it. It doesn't work where I play. I was using it because I was just too lazy to get MARPAT. plus it cost me 25US for the whole set ACU exists to cut costs. It takes two uniforms and puts them into one. so it's like 50/50. financially. HELL yeah. gov't loves it. saves em cash. to the soldier on the ground who blends in HALF as well as he would in his old gear. it's like saying. "You're not worth my money" That's the paradox of the DoD. Lots of cash. Spend it. Waste it Don Rumsfield had a HUGE number of Berets BURNED because
  10. hmmm. the G3 cocking tube is about 3-4 inches long. . . doubt you could get a batt in there.. Mmm You could get a Battery sling. The batt is in a pack on the sling and the wire runs all the way to the gun. My friend has one for his MC51. OR if you realllly wanted. . . you could attatch it to the side of the tube that runs along the upper reciever. in the indent. and drill a hole through the body ><
  11. *SigH* Darklight. . . . you're such an anti-ACU person. Something you need to realise is that ACU is for conventional military. When you line them ALL up. it's one MASSIVE wall of ACU and you can't distinguish one person from the next. it's all a giant conspiracy!!! anyway I've attatched a couple pictures of my in ACU from some games.
  12. that's a NIICE gun, looks like something out of TC Ghost Recon!! anyhoo here's mine. I just took it today this is my Heavy loadout. (I don't usually use the 203, gets a bit heavy to lug around all day) Sorry for the low res. Phone camera
  13. Here's my TM MP5K, took them with my phone last night while waiting for class. The side panels have been cut/sanded away because I plan on attatching a retracting MP5 stock. I currently have an M4 stock taken from a springer. works pretty well, had to craft an adaptor outta wood. I did it the hard, cheap way
