Ah ok, so your 416 upper's also VFC then. You're sure using nice parts on there, great work.

Woa, that's super nice. What base gun did you use, G&P? Are the uppers interchangeable with the MK12? I'm asking because I see the receiver tabs on there.
-
Woa, nice Render. From that picture, it's hard to tell if that is airsoft or not. Picked up a new KAC RAS (real deal) for my AR15 (actual gun). It won't fit on my TM based M4 if anyone was wondering. But since it came with so many rail panels, I stuck some on my M4. The quality of the Knight's RAS is amazing as well.

Very nice, you don't see Norwegian SOF styled G3s very often. Looks authentic and great as well.

That is super nice. I like the authentic look. Reminds me of pictures of Norwegian SOF guys in A-stan a few years back. They have the identical setup on their G3s...except for the addition of Aimpoints.

Use a scour pad for the camo paint. It's abrasive enough to take off the sprayed paint, but not the original finish.

Awesome work Pete, but is the magazine inserted upside?

Move to Texas....you won't regret it. Well, except for the weather, hahaha. No kidding...seriously. Here I am, being a cheap bum and trying to use my G&P AP on my actual AR.
-
I pointed out in my earlier posts that the older AP has a faulty brightness knob. That'll be the last time I ever buy optics that I don't know the brand to. The new one's a G&P...and I hope it won't ###### out on me either.

Haha, then it won't be legal in the state of California anymore with their horrible gun laws. Sheesh, that PTW's more tricked out than 80% of actual AR15s out there.

Good God.... That thing is awesome!! I don't even want to guess how much was invested into it.

It's an old Uncle Mike's Holster I've sprayed khaki and brown.

Beautiful M14 LordSex. The worn look definitely looks like it's been used in the sandbox indeed. My new AP came in today...and I painted it shortly after. Edit: I've received a few PMs regarding how I achieved the pattern, so I'll do a quick how-to by documenting the progress of painting the new AP. The goal here, is to make the fresh, new AP look like the one to the right. ---- Finished product on the CQBR When the gun itself has nothing on it, it has a more streamline look to. I think it helps makes the pattern a li

Beautiful.....just beautiful.. Just reworked my gun (internally: New shim jobs, new spring. Externally: New paint job, waiting on a new AP to come in as well).

Haha, thanks. Give it a few weeks, and it'll get there. Thanks, this is actually a little more 'adaptive' to a wider range of environments than my previous works. Billy Bob, that ACOG tops off the M4 perfectly. Is the gun wired to the back, or do you have a PEQ in the works?
-
Haha, thanks! I would say this one's a lot more practical than my previous ones. benplaut, there's some wear settling in after I used it in a skirmish. Give it a few more weeks, and it'll start looking the part, haha. Thanks for the comments. Oh, and a few more...

Haha, yea.....I need some molle pouches. The Alice packs were thrown on there since there were what I had at the moment. Vest has molle straps though, hahah.

ODA/CAG/Whatever Army SF recce for in country (A-stan) setup. Can't go without the good 'ol fishing hat I had around.

Haha, thanks. I sprayed the area with Red Dark Earth color, then dusted it with dark brown and flat black. I then dusted the Red Dark Earth over the the area, with least area dusted being the front muzzle end (for the darker finish up front).
-
Haha, thanks! No...no heat, lol. It would probably melt the suppressor itself. No airbrush, only paint cans. I used Dark Earth/Rust colored paint, painted the tip of the suppressor. I then dusted it with dark brown, then black, then lightly dusted it with the rust color again. The key was to keep the tip/end of the suppressor darker.

Haha, thanks! I used Krylon Khaki and dark brown. I then used a satin transparent "honey" colored clear coat to tone down the khaki and better blend in the dark brown and khaki.
