  1. RA-Tec got one for me from the KWA factory. Ask them but it might tage som time to get. @ Kretschmer. I also uses twin 556 pouches, from Emdom though, for my AUG magazines. And if there is only one Mp7 magazine in, they rattle about as I run. The new pouches, with kydex insets, hold them tight in full sprint. Danish airsoft is often running... fast.
  2. The cylinder is normally moving totally free, as soon the pressure is off. So one spring is enough to move it back as it clears the piston and vents the pressure. KSC always had 2 springs, I guess it pulls more straight... TM always uses only one, and there piston O-ring is offering more friction. Be advised that KWA-USA is just a KWA distributor like ASG in Europe. They are a independent USA based company that just re-sells KWA guns. So they are normally not faster on spare parts, then ordering from the HK shops that also get there parts form KWA. KWA-USA loves to tell that
  3. I brought the KSC Japan version as it came out, and also burst the cylinder instantly. Instead of trying to get a KWA version cylinder and a new cup, the Ready-Fighter cylinder is still holding up after +25K shots, half on RedGas... so it holds. Remember to glue the spring onto the Ready-Fighter cylinder, I have gone +20K rounds after doing that. Getting a new bolt is tricky. I broke mine due to stupidity and called all major HK shops, in vain. RA-Tec saved my *albatross*, and tracked down a bolt in about 12 weeks (KCS/KWA were not making the parts at the moment). The Bomber Alumin
  4. And one more time I must say, that that you yet have to prove that you are just remotely credible. Last time we had this discussion the KWA Mp7 were designed in the US, and completely different from the KSC version. KWA-USA practically owned the KSC factory and NS7 were an exclusive system, not remotely related to the KSC System7. Statements that turned out to be... less true. Also, it is strange that the name "SN2" is only used by KWA-USA. Also, the company KWA-USA, is as far as I can see just an import company, reselling the KWA range in the US. But again and again you talk abou
  5. Try to take the magazines apart. A lot of the bigger gas magazines for guns like M700, have an outer shell, and then a smaller gas cylinder inside. I have seen pix of aftermarked WA M4 magazines that were made the same way. This solution is problematic. As there is no big contact area between the actual gas storage and the outer wall, in efect making the magazine a small insulated unit. Still air, is a quite effective thermal insulator. KSC did the same withe the first generation TMP magazines. They had a nice outer shell of stamped steel, and then an inner core containing the
  6. No no no... You have got it all backwards. As the liquid propane boils to get the pressure back up after your shot took some of the pressure out of the mag, the propane needs energy to make the physical change from liquid to gas. This cools the liquid, and heat is absorbed from the magazine into the liquid. If the magazine is cold, the process don't give enough energy to the liquid, and it will not boil. Thous the presure in the magazine is not rebuild, and your ROF and FPS go down. Presure also depends on temperature so not only does the liquid to gas transformation go slower,
  7. You would not want lighter magazines. The mass of the magazine is where the heat is stored. Less mass is less stored energy to make the propane boil as you shoot. So, lighter magazines would lead to cool down problems far sooner.
  8. Problem solved, I hope. RA-Tec ordered me some from KSC/KWA. As I am also waiting for CE-Tactical to make me custom Mp7 pouches i MC, so I not shooting it anyway. ( www.ce-tactical.dk )
  9. They have snapped in two, the threads are in perfect condition but where the threads end the screw head have sheared clean off.
  10. We had this discussion before, but lets just take it one more time. KSC is the Japanese design company, they emerged from the ashes from MGC of old. They own a large part of the Taiwanese factory KWA. KWA makes the guns. The first ones made are made for the Japanese marked and labeled KSC Japan, they go to Japan and is marked with Japanese ASGK license number, and get a sticker saying "Made in Japan", but that is only the numer... the guns are made i Taiwan at KWA. After the a few months most models are released for the general marked as KSC Taiwan. KWA have there own lines o
  11. As fare as I know PDI were planing some, but then stoped... It is a bit odd, the gun were released ½year ago, and still only readyfire have made parts... Perhaps the high unit price and the strange lack of KWA models available, have made the makers of aftermarket parts to think that there is no marked. I miss a replica of the B&T Mp7 silencer. As I'm not going to strap a random 5.56 thing to my Mp7.
  12. The BB is out of the barrel before the bolt starts to move. Sorry for fracking your Idea.
  13. We all do, as it is practical if you are measuring AEG's and need the Value in Joules. But for gas weapons, and high end CO2 snipers, the results vary a lot. A tweaked M700 might chrono in around 4J with a 0.2 but dish out 6½J with the 0.43g it uses on the field. So we always strive to chrono non AEG's with the pellet the gun is shooting, especially with +2J guns. General Danish full auto limit is 1.67J, or 129m/s @ 0.2g. (That equals a maximum range of approx 45 meters with a 0.28g) But snipers around 6J is legal as long as you keep your distance to keep the energy in the impact
  14. Sorry, but I have to *badgeress* slap you for that one. If you go from 300fps to 360fps, both with 0.2g, you get 44% more power. Not just 20%. Yes physic is kind'a my thing, but still, this stuff aught to be taught in kindergarten... kids these days. If you try doing the tests with 0.3g pellets, you get even more power as the expanding gas pushes differently compared to compressed air from a spring system. I'm getting 1.63J from my KSC Japan version, using a old KSC Glock 17 rocket valve, RF cylinder and RF #24 springs, and 0.3g BBs.
  15. Same for me, I use Emdom 2xPMag pouch, they easy hold 2x M4 magazines (or 2x AUG magazines in my chase), and they'l hold 2 Mp7 40 rounders, nice and snug, and holds just one magazine in place.
