  1. The gun I got, the one that is metal and wood one, and is of very good quality. It is made by "Hua San". SmashJoehanson and I have the exact same gun, cept I have the 6mm one. HOWEVER, apparently according to another dealer who carried the TW/Hua San shotty, some of the earlier version of the shotty has a darker colored wood, and less obvious grain. The one on speedytoy has dark wood stock but I think, I THINK, it is the same one, but perhaps the picture is of an earilier version. I personally ordered from Evike.com, alittle more expensive than speedytoys, but I really wanted to make sure
  2. ahaahah nice nice.... My gun was very very un-lubed, and everything was stiff, but a little lube and everythis was butter. And one of my shells leaks when I fill it, so it was sent back to the seller (evike) it seems like the leaking shell is not uncommon, as another member on this board got a defective shell also. so check those shells. have fun!
  3. nice review! the images were big enough to see, but the file size was small enough to load relatively fast, very well put together review and good choice of down sampling the images. Gun looks great btw. I'm always surprised by how good the imitation wood looks on the these cheaper gun. It seems that it is not a difficult technology to copy nicely.
  4. Actually I'm just re-reading the manual again, and it seems that part number 26 is the long barrel. It says it costs $3500 NT (taiwan dollar) which is about $108 US. And the long stock/full stock, part number 28, costs $4000 NT which is $123 US. Now comparing that to the current gun's parts, you are taking about $120 US MORE than what they would sell it. So that makes the a long barrel, long stock gun around $350-360, and a short barrel, long stock at about $300! Well I'm sure buying the parts is more expensive then if they just sold a version of the gun with the long stock, but i guess
  5. alright. I cracked. I picked up one from evike.com. I got the 6mm version and I was looking through the manual, and saw that there is INDEED a long stock. I'll attach a scan of the page. It says "wood stock- long" It looks almost exactly like the evildead shotty that Ash uses ahaha. Replace part 27 with 28 heheehe Just for you Vicks:

  8. wow. The movies makes the gun look REALLY powerful ahhaha. +1 for the great firing video.
  9. eh.... with a spread of 15in+ at 15 feet, wouldn't you want to know where your 14bb's are going? I know I would. If my post wasn't clear, the lasers mark out the outer bounds of the spread, like a set of extended sights. In situations where there is the possibility sneaking up on a group, hitting as many enemies as you can with your first 14bb's before the 3-4 sec reload is probably a good idea.
  10. hey Ledpocket, looking at the detache wood piece under the barrel. I just got an idea, drill 2 holes into the piece of wood, then place 2 laser pointers in there, angled out. Then adjust the two pointers to indicate the limit of the spread. Ta-da, instant target aquisition. Maybe you could even get those lasers with a filter/lense that has a bracket or something like this [ ] then you would be rocking! I might do that actually, but drilling into a $200 gun is slightly intimedating.... Good pictures none the less.
  11. Hey Rapier, any news / pics on the 6mm version?
  12. You know, they don't call it a "shotgun marriage" for no reason... For you Englishmen: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shotgun_marriage
  13. Dang those are nice! Is the silver shell one 6mm and the red shell one 8mm? There is a big thread in the Reader's review about these, you should go check it out if you have time, alot of people are asking alot of question but no one actually has one to take pictures of ahaha. btw, where did you get yours?
  14. Haha, it brings new meaning to the phrase, "I don't think we are in Kansas anymore Todo..."
  15. Yeah! Your price is the best around alright eheh. I'm really interested in the 6mm version, since I can only skermish with 6mm around where I live. Now about this wood color thing Rapier, have any of the the 8mm shotguns that you have sold have the lighter colored wood? I know the body is rosewood, but it seems like there seems to have different finishes or something... I'm not sure but could you clear that up for me if possible? Thanks Rapier~ Edit: I just read that you havn't gotten them in yet haha sorry. It seems like the pic you posted in the beginning, (the one on Page 1) has a
