    Favourites: GBBs (especially SMG form factor) and cap fire modelguns (PFC).

    Toy of the "moment": Maruzen P99. Lovely ergonomic replica with crisp blowback. Smaller and better than you think, a bit lighter, too. Put a silencer on and pretend you are a secret agent!

    Looking for:
    * TM Walther MPL (gbb, shell-ejecting)
    * Tanaka Wz.63, replica and mags (gbb)
    * Umarex Walther P-99 (RAM/RAP)
    * Shoei MP44, G43, MKb(H)42, FG42 type 2
    * many, many more - if only money grew on trees ;-)

  1. +1 Originally there was no (UK/US/Worldwide) part in "for sale" names, and there was the same problem, eventually raised here. Thankfully admins changed that overnight, as it was a very reasonable and simple thing :-) Now, after multiple levels of sub-forums were added (gas/aeg...) the problem is back, because section names do not have a region ID in them. This is not a problem when browsing manually, but it's not convenient when using "View new posts" option (probably like most of us here). This would be a VERY simple (just edit subforum name) and VERY reasonable (as demonstrat
  2. Fine Folks, It seems that forum limits searches to 4 letters or longer. This has a nasty side effect in not being able to search for information on KSC TMP/SPP, as they happen to be exactly 3 letters long. Even searching for "KSC TMP" in quotes did not help. Is there any way/trick to find all posts/topics about those replicas?
  3. Current "Sales" forums have a wealth of historic posts that can be used to see if an item is rare/common, as well as to review recent prices (useful for buyers and sellers). I find myself searching that part quite often. I don't see how the current system would allow that - it seems that closed threads/ads are removed from the system after an item is bought. I might be wrong though.
  4. Perfect! Nice to see our mysterious host alive and typing :-)
  5. You can give points once you have at least 50 posts... The guns are "shiny" on pictures due to the strong flash light being reflected from them. Additionaly flash brings up all tiny specks on the object that you don't normally see, making it look worse than in reality. Ambient light doesn't give such an affect. Digital cameras also show slightly different colours.
  6. Nice review, useful comments Your post makes me want to get one of those BTW - did you check your photos before posting? They are awfully out of focus, wouldn't pass any quality control :-/
  7. It's a pity though to see a good technical talent go. A silly idea, but maybe it would be possible to create a separate subforum under Technical Discussion, which would be the only forum Hissing Sid has access to? An isolation room, or whatever it is called... this would give two benefits (if technically possible): - those who would like to get advice from Sid could still do that, and that knowledge would be archived for future searches. - those who cannot stand him could simply ignore this particular subforum. As Sid couldn't post in other subforums, perceived "noise" would be limite
