Is that a KWA Scorpion and real wood grip? If so how did you get it to fit? I got mine to fit but the screw at the bottom sticks out a good amount.

Any suggestions on how to make the trunnion/barrel/rear sight block more sturdy? Mine is wobbly/not straight as hell, and my normal method of shimming with tape isn't doing much😕, and I'm almost tempted to just modify a real steel (rear sight block) to work on mine.

It would fire OK sometimes, but mainly I would have issues racking the slide back, or the shots would seem to have low gas output and/or it would vent all the gas right away.

The bearing part on the hammer needs to be a round and not flat/weird like the GM Zero hammer. Had too many issues with mine as well, switched it back to a normal bearing hammer and problems went away.

Has anyone ever ordered direct from AST Taiwan? Are they legit/reliable? Finally found somewhere with an RATech Mk23 steel slide

I think they're just RA-Tech's factory outlet, so yeah, they're reliable. I think I have had parts ordered on my behalf from them.
Anyway, don't buy the RA-Tech Mk.23 slide, just buy my gun. Or if you don't (grr), get a Mafioso slide kit instead - it's better than the RA-Tech.

Expensive rents maybe? city is killing small independent businesses.
It's a shame because the staff there are really polite and friendly, unlike some other Airsoft retailers in HK.

Sorry just noticed this comment lol. Polymer body actually is stronger than I thought, plus it lends itself to the overall lightness of the gun. I did consider a longer rail originally, but I think I wanted to keep the same overall profile as the stock 5" rail, so I went with a similarly lengthed SLR rail.
