Some off-brand. Any flat olive drab paint designed for plastic should work fine. Use a sealant, too. I'm gonna try to cut down the shotgun to match the length of the FA-MAS, then I'll give it some olive drab paint.
-
GENTLEMEN I give you the FA-MASTERKEY ' While this was done with a DE spring shotgun as a proof-of-concept, it could realistically be done with a Maruzen 870.

If there is no screw and the flash hider is impossible to remove, it's been glued on by the company you bought it from. As far as I know, this site's rules prevent me from telling you how to remove it, so you'll have to find your own solution. If you get it off, take the outer barrel and flash hider to Home Depot or Lowes or any hardware store and find a screw that fits in it.

Is it possible that it could be glued on by whoever you bought it from? Also, please use punctuation. Reading your sentence honestly gave me a headache. TM Mk.23 SOCOM I tried to be a little artsy here, but I have no Photoshop, nor natural light, nor a high-grade camera. Oh well.

I can't wait to get my hands on that Skorpion.

I fixed it! I drilled two holes into the carryhandle body and into the part of Assembly FS-9 (the front sight) that keeps the outer barrel from being pulled out. Then, I screwed in a couple of screws and secured them with small self-locking nuts. That outer barrel ain't goin' nowhere. This is after I installed a tightbore barrel, so any upgrades that require me to take the gun completely apart are already done. Still waiting on my Mk.23...

Yea. Gotta locate a G36 upper and a dremel.

My baby asplode. At my last game, the screw holding the buttplate and the only two ring-type sling mounts on the F1 stripped out of it's hole and caused my FA-MAS to land square on the barrel on hard asphalt. The outer barrel took most of the impact, but the carry handle/bipod assembly is broken. The two small tabs that keep the front end of the carry handle attached to the barrel broke off, and the screw in the rear is bent. The hop-up adjuster also came out of it's track, so I had to take it completely apart, at which point I forgot to put in the metal nut that the screw holding t

So does it go "pew pew" or "pchoo pchoo"

I took the safety off mine. It's single-action, so it really doesn't need it. Look at us, AEG users, discussing a lowly springer without a hint of negativity.
-
Ah yes, I see that now.
-
You owe me a new pair of pants. The Surbaissé looks F2000y, and what's with the bent bipod legs?
-
A removable carry handle would be great, too. FELIN loadout GO!

I'm hoping G&G will do a G2 instead of an F1, and copy the V1 gearbox. STANAG compatibility out of the box along with a proven gearbox design could really give Marui a run for their money. Hell, I'd buy it even if it was a bad gun. I love me sum FA-MAS.
