  1. Probably gets the gears going too fast for the cutoff to stop them after the first shot. Have you tried a 9.6v in his MP7? If it works fine with 9.6v then its voltage/speed related but if not then hes got another problem. I've seen AEGs shoot consistent 2 or 3rd bursts in semi when something is wrong with the electrical system.
  2. I'm really loving that MP5! I've always liked that look. You don't see those often.
  3. Thanks for the comments guys. I spent a lot of time on it and am very happy with the end result. I got to use it in game last sunday and there is nothing more fun than dropping your primary to the ground and pulling a sawn off shotgun out of the hydration pouch on your back. The feel of the grip made it just that much better. I even played a few rounds with only that shotgun.
  4. I really admire your work Candyman. Just awesome.
  5. I've seen them on M4s. It was probably in the old version of this thread.
  6. It's a Y&P Mk23 that I won from a contest about a year ago and a King Arms silencer. I probably won't keep the barrel that long. I just needed to make sure the gun worked with that 10mm JAC M16 barrel before chopping it down and potentially ruining such a rare barrel.
  7. Isn't this what this threads about?
  8. Not quite photoshop but...
  9. That makes sense. I thought i read somewhere that pmags were supposed to come out in June and being almost at the end of June I hadn't had much hope for them. I'll wait until I hear about the quality of the PTS pmags before I try gutting a real one.
  10. I'm sure with some modding you could get the insides of an airsoft mag into a real one. Many of my old classic rifles used mags that were just like the real ones externally. The real ones are just a bit longer than AEG mags on the top.
  11. I...want...pmags! I might have to just make my own out of some real ones.
  12. I know, this is the product of free time, a garage full of tools, and a box of spare parts.
  13. Souske, I normally don't like painted guns with a camo theme but I really like yours. Great job. White Dingo, great job on the weathering, it looks nice.
  14. I didn't know p90s had 16mm positive threading...
  15. Oh, in that case I had it shooting over 1000fps. Never in game though, only for testing purposes.
  16. I sold it a couple months ago. I'm seriously considering offering to buy it back though! I was getting anything I wanted really, too high to speak of on these forums. I liked to tune it to the exact velocity limit of the skirmishing site here in the US.
  17. Yup I know thats probly not possible on a gearbox but these are blowback. I've had mine at 81rps to be exact. This was with an extremely short stroked bolt and running external co2 at around 200ish psi. If you just took out the full auto cut off then you probly have around 25rps maybe closer to 30. If you short stroke it moderately you get around 35rps. If you really short stroke it you can get it doing 54rps almost 60 on the internal co2. If you want faster than that you need to increase the psi. With the steel plates on the bolt, no short stroking, and no extra recoil springs i ca
  18. On the ejection port cover it came with a not so great chrome finish so i tried sanding it to the raw metal but it became apparent that its made of copper. So then I tried painting it black but the paint soon flaked off so I sanded it again which sort of gives it a nice look. SOF Raziel, thanks it took me all day to do. I painted the trigger guard for my other shotgun to go with the theme I wanted but the end of the hammer spring broke on that trigger unit making the hammer hit softer and killing the power. I fixed it but since I don't use this one as much I put the repaired trigger unit
  19. Maybe I can only notice it because I know where the scratches are. There's a pretty bad scratch right above the N in tornado and almost the entire grenade is scuffed up. The cap on the bottom takes a beating on the parts that stick out so you can unscrew it. I guess you can't really tell because the of the type of plastic it's made from. Edit:
  20. That micro uzi you have there has insane potential. I own 4 of them and have had some shooting over 80rps. I've even glued massive steel plates onto the bolt to give it really hard kick.
