  1. Figured it out. Racking seems a lot more stiff than it was before, and it seems to only fire two rounds on three shot, and five on six shot. Still an improvement over none, and 1-2, in respective modes.
  2. The arm has arrived, and the shotgun is disassembled. Unfortunately, when I pulled the plastic half of the "gearbox" open the spring loaded components inside for the loading arm, and I think the gate switch became unseated, and I'm not entirely sure on how it all goes back together. I can't seem to find a video or schematic detailing that area. Anyone have resources on that area?
  3. Neat. I ordered a set of these springs weeks back, and never took them out of the envelope when they arrived. I just ordered a SAT steel arm from redwolf, so when that arrives I guess I'll install them all in one shot.
  4. I've had four 870s now. The first two functioned flawlessly, three and six shot. Those I got from a broker out of Japan. The last two have both had issues, a full size and a breacher. Both I sourced from within the US. Airsoft GI and AirsoftAtlanta. Not impressed with the QC, that's for sure.
  5. My third breacher and second angry gun stock just arrived via the UPS fairy. I'm a little unclear on how to remove the breacher pistol grip- there are some descriptions earlier in this thread as I recall, but I can't find the darn things. Somebody give me a hint? Edit* I got it. That was stupid simple. My new CTR stock and Hogue Pistol grip won't arrive till monday, so until then I tossed a discarded full size stock on there. Balances quite nicely.
  6. You cuts yours much nicer than I bothered. I like it. :-) And happy to help, of course.
  7. Sure. All I did was remove the little front locking bit. There is a push-pin hinge. Once that's removed, all you need to do is cut a channel. It alters the original look of the stock, obviously- but it lets you collapse it fully, which makes the gun way more comfortable in my opinion.
  8. As my AngryGun stock will be here tomorrow (Holy , four day shipping from Ehobby!?), I'm wondering if a real AR15 grip will fit, or if I need to use an AEG, or GBB specific grip.
  9. Dare I ask how you got the stock pump grip off the arms? I just brought home a new magpul pump, but can't see the obvious way to get the stock pump off the arm assembly. Edit* Nevermind... Figured it out. The wrench Magpul included was quite helpful.
  10. Can't get my tactical to fire six rounds. Took it apart, the selector spring seems to weak. Even when properly seated (as best I can tell from the pictures provided), the spring fails to hold the selector in the correct place when the slider is on six shot. Very annoying.
  11. Just finished taking the full size apart, trying to remedy the inability to fire in six shot mode. The selector spring seems too weak to hold the selector in place, which apparently allows BBs to load in an entirely random amount- ranging from one to six BBs correctly loading and firing per pump. In all honesty, I never even used the six shot mode in a game with either of my breachers, but it still irks me that this full size is apparently incapable of doing so.
  12. I have a decently long reach, so I'm hoping it will be comfortable on the third position for me. If not, I have a few donor stocks laying about and access to a rotary tool. It shouldn't be too much work.
