hey t_hum, I've been out of the scene for quite a while. work and school will do that to ya. does your velocity adjuster allow for reliable, consistant cqb fps? (sub 350) with not much variance? thanks man.... got plenty of money in the bank now and am getting loads more after selling my car tonight, so its just a matter of whenever i feel like ordering my m4.... finally.

psychofox, you can buy the BAD for sub 30 bucks...... kinda silly for someone to make their own......

YEEEE HOOOO MADE IN THE USA! GIT ER DONE!!!! ........ lol anyways, i'd be interested in a forged receiver as well. any news on the velocity adjuster/reducer performance.

nice thanks Raven1. I concur with your play style... I'm trying to build a range in a field next to my team mates house, similar to the one used in the magpul courses. Cant wait to get this thing....

i was merely asking because raven mentioned about shooting inverted. I would love the ability to shoot sideways, to take advantage of my cover better. Sometimes your sight picture can be obstructed by an angle or something. For example, you can point your barrel at an opening in a brick wall or something, but your sights only show you brick. if you turn your gun sideways, your sights show you what you're shooting at.

you using those by chance raven? they're TAG pouches, I'm very partial to TAG gear as i find the pouches that i've used superior to any other on the market... including eagle. not to mention their fantastic weapons catch has got my *albatross* out of a sling more than once.... one more thing that i was concerned about.... when you're shooting sideways or upside down, you said that the bb path is still straight? conventional wisdom would say this isnt possible w/ a standard hop system, but i've never experimented with it. i guess it depends on the range you're shooting at

ah, thanks man, so really no difference from my WAs now, if not a half pound less.... not too bad. Also, rookie, since you're a convert, like i will be soon, what are your impressions on this vs w/e WA build your running right now?

alright looks good. now to acquire 5 more m9 mags, a kjw m4, 6 spare mags for that, and some tacticool accessories
  13. Apache137

    KJW M4

gotcha.... well i think i'll start w/ 6 spares in Two 3x pouches like these anyone know if the thermos will fit in those pouches?

    KJW M4

nice, thanks. i cant wait to get mine..... i dont mind the thermold mags either. whats the weight on the mags? I'm trying to figure out how many i should buy.... my ciras can hold 12+, at 30 rounds a piece, thats 360 rounds... thats also. 480 bucks... hmmm I used to play with real cap m4 mags when i used an m4 aeg, and i loved it, but the mags were cheap and weightless. so i carried a max of 20. With this, they're cheap for what they are, but it depends on how much they weigh....

allows for reduced chance of malfunction and quicker reloads. speaking of quicker reloads, did anyone say whether or now these thermold mags will fit magpuls yet? standard magpuls that is.

nice! very good and encouraging skirmish reports. once this velocity reducer is good to go, this will be the best gbbr out there from a price/skirmishability stand point. Raven1, i'll be grabbing up a BAD once i get mine **has anyone done any grouping tests? with pics and stuff? the main problem with my WA N4 is when i rapid fire on semi, the first BB will fly true, the rest will be every which way w/ the occasional one being on point again.... when you rapid fire the kjw, is the trajectory precise? is it maintained? thanks.

awesome, thanks... do you care to elaborate at all on how you made it? or what part of the gun it affects? thanks.

    KJW M4

Sadly, i understood that reference lol anyways, back to more important, slightly less entertaining things.... did you only try the piston or did you try the velocity reducer/adjuster? or is that still in fab mode? I cant wait to pick this up... my tax return is late coming, but should be a good few hundred bucks.... i think my tax return my come in the form of Koba San and Kuan Ju's achievements If these are as rock and roll solid as everyones making them out to be, I might be able to swing my whole team into going GBB m4, which would be awesome. They're less than

I think it should be allowed to post a picture of your gun and what you have on it, for the sole reason of letting people know what fits and works... oh well, keep the durability reports coming.

    KJW M4

yeah true..... i guess since i havent shot it yet, i shouldnt be asking to change things... apologies. as far as co2, i'd like to know why everyone thinks co2 makes things better.... it doesnt.

ah, yeah, i know all about how WOCs can be "fun," as you put it. lol I'd just like something consistent.... The KJW seems like the solution to that while still retaining the gbb aspect, but only time will tell, and hopefully the aftermarket will take care of my few complaints.... one serious design flaw, that may or may not have been "fixable" is the buffer tube... Im all for the internal buffer tube, but they should have figured a way to make the external one work w/ sling mounts and perhaps interchangeable w/ AEG tubes... this seems like wishful thinking and nitpicking, but oh well..

hey no worries t hum.... i appreciate all you and raven are doing for us as it is. take some time for yourself as you see fit.... lol wdahm.... i cant say i'm digging it too much, the color scheme is good and the JP Rifles (?) comp tops it off nicely, but the stock looks really "chode-ish" to me. lol now that w/ a UBR or PRS and we're in business. agh, now im wanting a PTW again, I've had just about every kind of "uber1337" airsoft stuff now, except for a ptw... always fancied a dmr setup from a ptw....
  24. I thought we agreed that we wouldnt discuss if the purchase was worth it or not.... lol but i think that m14 takes the cake so far.... no offense others, but its the most unique. show me a built up TK 10/22 then that will take it next.

After reading through this ENTIRE thread...... I've decided this will be my next purchase, putting my g3 project to the wayside for now. How could it not be? I'm human, and thus have the ability to use logic.... Having owned WE, worst POS i've ever bought in airsoft, i'd rather have my 30$ hardballer from 8 years ago that still works like new in battle than that piece of *suitcase*..... it was a "version 3" all that version stuff was a load of bull anyway.... Now owning 2 WA based, one being a Noveske n4 being built from a stock WA, and the other being a GP WOC SAM R (m16a4 w/ baller st
