yea the VZ grips are a bit overrated IMO. i got those same double diamond tiger stripes; grippy as hell but i feel theyre more suited either to classic 1911s or workhorse 1911s.

whats the deal with that threaded barrel poking out so much? my WA uses a PDI threaded barrel and doesnt have any weird "under-barrel" peaking from the barrel lol.

hey guys, got a quick question here. i'm hoping to buy a real steel flash hider for my m4 (VLTOR), and was wondering if it'll fit onto a regular anticlockwise m4 barrel no problemo? i don't want to take a $60 dip and find out it isn't gonna screw on, so if anyone has some expertise on this, please give a shout!

if it's a high pitched WRYYYYYYYY (yes THE WORLD-ish sound) then you're motor is most likely too low and not touching the gears or your gears have stripped, but this usually takes a while to happen. So, as the other guy mentioned, adjust your motor height.

not to add to the e-penis discussion, but I have a question pertaining my armalite: My buffer tube (G&P crane stock) actually wiggles when its secured to my Guarder metal receiver. It's been like this ever since installation, the screw inside the buffer tube that connects it to the spring guide is tightened pretty tightly yet the wiggling continues. It's enough to cant the tube to a very noticeable degree, maybe about 5 degrees both up and down, not left and right. yep, i've done the same and it saves a crapload of trouble on maintenence. I've seen some real operators do the same as well.

the EOTech is very particular in seating itself on rails. it requires rails very very close to milspec standards (exactly 20mm and at 45 deg cuts) in order to sit properly on the railings. Otherwise, like on a CA or TM or any numerous airsoft brand RIS's, you'll get a EOTech canted either to the left or right.
