  1. well i bought this from AEX and they shipped it to me very fast. externally, the quality is nice. it has a nice setup for buttons, as the button on the box itself is constand on/off, and the pressure switch is momentary. nice touch. however, the light is very dim, maybe 60 lumens, 40 or so with the filter on, and the laser... sucks. mine wouldnt adjust enough to even be visable in my scope... at all. the pressure switch is also EXTREMELY short, and wouldnt even reach the other side of my rail system. Pros: constant on/off, momentary on laser, light, and light+laser modes pretty go
  2. im buying that (real steel) with my tax return. its a Mossberg 500 SPX. is there an airsoft counterpart to that? -Joe
  3. well maybe its not his primary... when i finally make my masterkey, i only plan on having one or 2 short mags. if i need more rounds, ill speed load them in. it is a backup, after all. i only plan on using it when im out of ammo in my main rifle (and only until i reload) or when its too cold for my battery to work -Joe
  4. thanks! ill be buying a few at some point most likely -Joe
  5. vic: what was the first scope you used? (and take off that silly magwell chute!) plasticmag: what magazine is that? link? does it feed well? -Joe
  6. sergeant hanzo: amazing! is the quadrant a dummy? -Joe
  7. Sergeant Hanzo: amazing M4! -Joe
  8. my EMOD takes mini-split batteries. crane batteries have larger cells, and the center piece, but have much more mAh. im getting a CA EMOD for that extra mAh... 3600+ VS 1400. -Joe
  9. sigmaboy: how do you like using a crane battery for your rifle? im planning on getting a stock very soon for mine that would take crane batteries... can you still retract and extend it? i have a MOSFET in my tube, so i figure i dont have much motion... -Joe
  10. my favorite is #2, but i often have to use #1 for the extra battery capacity. yes, i have considered pmags, and will most like get some eventually. but they arent cheap, and my tm standards work great. the acog is moved back for usable eye relief. i dont really need a rear sight, as i wouldnt be able to use it there anyway. with the acog mounted. and i dont really plan on having it shot out and all that wear is real, boss. it adds character and realism anyway -Joe
  11. various configurations that i use: note: the extreme-fire cheetah burst-fet is awesome! -Joe

  14. zephyr: eotech xps. Sergeant Hanzo: corframs! nice getup, and especially the coat. who makes it? -Joe

  16. did you not see the M41A on pages 1 and 2? but about the M14: i am really interested to find out about recoil! is it at all skirmishable? how many magazines do you have? and awesome MG3! -Joe
  17. no, im using a VCAS sling, to which i added fastex buckles on each end so it can easily and quickly be attached to any of my various rifles. thanks for the comments guys, i love her too -Joe
  18. no, its a handgun scope used in the scout scope role. Leupold and Burris make great scopes for this application. the one i have there is a burris 2-7X32. the Leupold IER 2.5X and 4X models are much cheaper though. -Joe
  19. thanks dude, but im going to have to disagree.... i have already decided to swap out the optic for a scout scope, as my SOCOM16 better serves me with magnification. my AR15 will be my close quarters rifle with a mounted Trijicon Reflex RX30. -Joe
  20. what a beautiful rifle. i had one of the originals too, but it broke a long time ago. someday id like to get another. -Joe
  21. jester, what kind of riser is that? -Joe
