  1. Great seller! Bought a Cz75, made the transaction easy and simple. Trustworthy! Thanks a bunch

  2. Ordered it from SniperX back in who knows when. Strong kick, stiff and "clacky" fire selector, around 400fps (as of lionclaws), should be nigh-invincible... I guess they're alright. (I'm quite thrilled ) Haven't fiddled with the hop-up yet, though. We'll see how that goes. Indeed they are! The problem is that my gun is built around an AKS-style receiver; I don't know how I'd work an MPi stock around that, or how "swappable" the receiver is considering the internals. Also, I'd probably never be able to approach the quality of your MPi! I need to read up on your builds and
  3. -got it yesterday. Inokatsu+Escort goodness. -heavy bolt! - I'm half considering an MPI build, if only because I could install the proper grip. Not really sure what to do with it, though. I have a "skeletal" folding stock, as all the AK104's I've seen in the hands of Russians have such stocks... I had plans to pick up a full length front end for the AK103 option (as well as a ribbed receiver cover for the AK74/AKS74 option), but it seems that Inokatsu has stopped selling spare parts.
  4. I want it, if only because my Norse half is getting jealous of my Czech half's shiny new CZ75. wikipedia entry here. (edit: resized pic, original (double!) size can be found in the wikipedia link)
  5. am i the only one who thinks that a g3 or mc51 would look ridiculously awesome with a schmidt & bender short-dot sight?
  6. thanks! i'm really happy with how it turned out.
  7. The slide dropped in no problem. The outer barrel's feed-ramp brackets (whatever those little metal wings are called) were a bit pinched out of the box, but that was easily corrected.
  8. don't know if there are too many other straight-frame 17's floating around... slide detail: i got the creation because i couldn't find a shooter's design slide in stock anywhere. i'm content with it. (edit) more recent phone pic:
  9. mine. edit: creation slide ext. mag catch (ksc) ext. slide release (ksc) night sights (proud) valves, recoil spring/guide, hammer spring (all hurricane? maybe some guarder?) floating valve spring (hidayaka?) metal floating/rocket valve plunger thing (SD) still needs: non-ported threaded barrel tightbore/TK twist (UNcompany was out at the time) those nifty extended magazine baseplates... where might i run across a coupla' those? possibly the frame trademark treatment ala earlier in this thread
  10. lovecraft, are you still able to use the original inokatsu folding stock with the rifle?
  11. lovecraft & sturgis: beautiful rifles! ecrrr: total? 2k. 'course, i don't have to do any performance upgrades, and i don't exactly need any external accessories to complete the look, so i figure its not that much more expensive than a heavily upgraded inokatsu-kitted AEG.
  12. photos i took last weekend hardly qualify as old news, and escort aks are clearly still news to some of the readers here.

    USP Picture Thread

tanaka, long gone. KSC .45 is on the "to buy" list.
  14. this current batch is a limited production run of ten rifles (5 for japan, 5 for the rest of the world). all of them are spoken for. i do not know if/when they'll be making more. original CA.net ak thread 'update' thread (plus question about buying one now) if any of you want to fondle this gun it'll be at the usairsoft/weekend of heroes event this weekend. escort will have a booth there.
  15. inokatsu + escort i agree about the bolt handle. when i get the finished gun i'll address the issue. right now it's still a work in progress.
