  1. Seconded on the M16, and since when has anyone needed an excuse to wear dessie kit It all looks mint
  2. Fairly sure that as soon as you start playing in that, your shemagh will fall off, it looks like it's just draped over your head, do it properly, and not only will you look 100% more badass, it won't fall off whilst you cane it about.
  3. This is supposed to be the new one. Lizzard, it's a RICAS I think. WAS's copy/mod of the CIRAS.
  4. Several people have noted this... ACM optics occasionally fail outright.
  5. No point in airsoft.. take every advantage you can get If I can get tighter onto a corner by switching shoulders, I'll do it...
  6. MSA Sordin Supreme Pro X Motorola Radius GP300 A homemade PTT/Mic Courtesy of Darthwhite and Galactica on here! I want a boom mic.. but I shoot ambi, so a mic would be in the way. Not too sure about throat mics, so I'll see... Also getting a custom headband done up ( or rather, a few, to match my loadouts )
  7. Not first line really, more belt kit. Base: Viper MOLLE belt L to R : WAS Double Pistol ( to be replaced with a WAS fast draw in OD), 2x BULLE single shingles, WAS Adjustable Radio, BULLE Rolly polly, 2x BULLE Frags, Safariland 6004 for P226 w/light.
  8. Sordins wooo! Need to replace the tan pistol mag pouch with an OD one ( a WAS Fast Draw in OD looks good to me ). I don't run the MAP unless I'm at a site where they have long games or few trips to the safezone. The dumpouch is fairly accessible where it is. I also did a bit of a mod to the 'satch, as I found the straps around my torso would untighten through use, so, a couple of strips of self adhesive velcro later, and no strap creep anymore!
  9. There's supposed to be sordins under that helmet, so just imagine they are there. Me @ Urban Assault yesterday, check out the other pics of my team ( transitionary period in camo, hence the mix of Austrian and Vegetata) HERE
  10. Well, my Jammers broke. Not the mesh, thank christ, but the arms, or rather the tabs holding the arms in. Bodge jobbed it with my Guarder C4s, but still, can't rate these highly enough.
  11. Ok, so it's not just a picture of my AUG, but the only pics I've got of my AUG are when she's in my hands.
  12. I think his issue was that for woodland gaming, the accuracy is too poor with the original hop to be of any use.
  13. I would've thought it would have come to light by now, but we shall see.
  14. It has been proven by spectrometer. Green/Top gas is propane with aromatics and silicone, and sold at nearly twice the price for airsoft companies to make lots of money. Google search Propane, and Ai Propane Adaptor. I use Rothenberg propane and the Ai Propane Adaptor.
  15. Propane is propane... there's no other term for it. Green/Top gas is simply propane, with some fragrance and excessive levels of silicone in it. A company called Airsoft Innovation released an adaptor, allowing people to use the much cheaper propane cans, and their own silicone to it. As such it is perfect for GBBRs. Propane is used in many other applications, like gas fires.
  16. X = Aromatics and silicone. So TS-One.. that kinda blows that out of the water!
  17. Now THAT is a balanced review. Thanks a lot Xerxes!
  18. Pictures taken at FCS Bristol @ the Sea Devils + Wrath Alpha private day... an excellent site, hosted by some most excellent people. Cheers chaps MORE PICTURES HERE http://s719.photobucket.com/albums/ww191/jaynewton/
  19. From what I can gather, LWA will be soon.
  20. You not seen the WA thread.. just as many problems, and the fixes are WAY more expensive. I've not got either yet, but the WE is cheaper, has MUCH better customer support, is cheaper... and is cheaper. Metal body too, and they come with extra barrels I think. The WA I played with WAS nice... but with WE, you can switch it to dry fire mode or to realistic mode.. with the WA you have to change bolts! And the NPAS is an upgrade part... costing about 200 extra bucks.
  21. Why the hell WOULDN'T we be worried about the versions. They've all had lots of different labels, which I don't understand, like AFC, AFC-Custom, AWSS, and that means nothing to me. Versions 1, 2 and 3 makes sense, and clearly shows what is the latest and greatest model of the product, so I can make sure I don't end up ordering an old Version 1 from somewhere with stock of it still, and then have to spend far more money ( and TIME) upgrading/downgrading the damn thing. Of course it's not like Star Wars bloody toys! I'm not going out to buy an old one with problems just because it's version
  22. Excellent, thank you very much. Looks like I'll be getting mine in about.. a month or so. I echo 1st Commando: It's bloody nice to see a manufacturer care so much about it's customers.
  23. So does that mean the AFC Version 2, is the version 2? Why isn't LWA getting the Version 3, since the order hasn't been shipped yet, as far as I know?
  24. You fired down a residential street? *sigh*
