Where did you get your M4? WGC? How were the trades handled?

You are correct. But there is more than one manufacture for the rlcs carrier. I have also seen the RRS-V being used with the rlcs back panel. Underneath that, they are wearing the PACA lo vis carrier in ranger green. If you need more info, just PM me.
