I have had my 552 for more than a year now. For the fist six months of that time I went skirmishing with it at my local CQB arena. I've probably put more than 50,000 rounds through it and it has performed flawlessly. It is bone stock, but I use a large 9.6 volt battery strapped to the gun. I had no problems, not even a single jam. This is with the gun shooting at 1000rpm and I'm a little heavy on the trigger .
