  1. Ouch, unplanned baby
  2. Well maybe just some occupation-caused-OCD (is that a thing?), I don't feel comfortable if the viewer not seeing same thing as I make.
  3. If you did the artwork in photoshop you can sort of "define" it's physical size, for example you can make an A4 sized canvas and put multiple stickers on it, export as PDF, then everyone can print 100% size on A4 paper and get correct sized stickers.
  4. Ah, that aluminum illumination block, I'm cheap so I made my own version: I'm also looking to illuminate the T reticle but it looks like it doesn't benefit too much from optic fiber. It would be cool if the reticle is dual color'd. Pity I didn't order extra one or two for taking it apart, just saw someone on ARFcom linked this.
  5. Is that a reversed Larue RCO mount under that "Ring" sight? Very cool.
  6. More like R&D / Technical stuff, but it's shotgun-related-pics, so here: ( While typing this post I did some search and there's a 3D Printed Parts thread somewhere else, I will just copy whole thing and paste there again ) A friend of mine is thinking of a way to prevent / reduce chance of slam-fire when using PPS metal shells, or ND if shells are dropped, He gave me one 3d printed part of his design and I decided to make some more for my own further testing. Since the copy from him is a SLS'd part so measuring dimensions from its "grainly" surface is not ideal. I took the original meta
  7. yep, 3M #77 spray adhesive Remove screws and eyelets, clean, mask unwanted areas, spray both kydex and fabric, wrap and trim the "bleeding".
  8. Very cool, the material comes with pattern on it? BTW, got some leftover mesh material form ghillie project, wrapped my old creation (was black) so I don't have to order patterned material and make again
  9. Please see post #1589, BTW, thx.
  10. Personally "hate" how WE work on the silver pistols, in fact their pistols' quality improved quite a lot in recent years, but the buff/polish ruined the lines/edges of the cast. Try comparing same pistol model in black/silver color to see what I mean.
  11. Wow, that's some extreme cost-saving Yet still have seven columns of PALS....... awesome.

    CZ Picture Thread

You just reminded me that I don't really have to purchase actual aluminum grip when CZ shadow comes out. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1230613
  13. Wut? Dat looks like the SMG in "The Division" game.
  14. Bit OT but nah, I mean the other way Yeah still very cool build.
  15. Speaking of which, I wish there is a filter/simulation of the camera tilted the other way. NonEx, will that mount get in the way loading shells?
  16. Just checked my X300 and the blades are outlined, the small black part in the blades seems worn out or scratched......... I was looking at photo on my phone when I typed the last post and the light was not on my hand. Sorry for confusion.

  18. My old gen X300 (110 lumens) has filled "blades" and outlined text, newer ones (IIRC, 170 lumens non-ultra) have all outlined logos.
  19. It's a .22 style kit from "Airsoft Masterpiece", this gun will be my main pistol for 3Gun or IPSC, to replace my old Hi-Capa 5.1 which keep cracking plastic slides. I like plastic slides for its low moving mass ( still have 3 for spares ) , but this .22 kit is stunning, like a "dragon" but with heavier front. The recoil intensity is about the same ( both with lightweight aluminum nozzle housing and original TM pot rear sight ), but this is flat and straight to back instead of rolling backwards as in plastic 5.1.
  20. This is gonna be my new workhorse.
  21. hmmmmm more like OA-93 http://www.olyarms.com/shop/oa-93.html
  22. I feel pretty much the same as uscmCorps said, just want to add some observations. Fit between slide & optic mount is stunning, the store guy who let me hands-on the set stopped me separating the two and told me he did that once and had a VERY hard time aligning the dovetail to put them back together The rear sight seems like press-fit to me, it's a good thing but I wonder how many people have access to the tooling.
  23. Generally speaking you simply can't go wrong with LCT. If you feel kinky(?) you can take a look at E&L AKs, they're so weird that I can feel both raw and quality in them.
  24. http://www.socomtactical.net/bloguploads/ghk-g5-exploded-diagram.jpg So you mainly do modifications to G5-06 right?
