I had a problem that produced similar results when I had mine. What had occurred is that there was a fray on the bolt assembly that wore down the o-ring inside the assembly. After replacing that mine worked again.

That's funny cause my G&P white pistons are running M110 & M120's and are in the 100's of 1000's of shots fired. I'm curious what the actual "update" will be.

I'd sure like some new innovative magazines, but I'm not buying any more until they prove to be their worth. Although, I'm getting quite sick of the WA type magazines, I don't go more than a game without having to take one apart to leaks... plus, the plastic externals on a magazine that weighs in nearly as much as a brick doesn't seem like such a smart idea.

No exploding mags here, I have a couple of bomber mags and they are just as robust on the inside as the WA ones IMO. Only trouble I've had is them blowing seals. Back on the topic of using replica sights on the WOC, I use a ebaybanned 4x ACOG and it does just fine.

I would like an A2 too... I tried with my Century Army AR15A2 and it is a no go.

Had my first real issue with the gun (ignoring magazine troubles) here. It started intermittently shooting with major drop offs of recoil and velocity. It began getting worse where it became a continuous problem. I disassembled the bolt assembly and the O-ring on the back of the bolt assembly has been worn down and was not making a seal. A simple replacement and it is shooting hard as ever.

I have one in my RS AR and after comparing where it goes to my G&P, the G&P does not have the room for an accu-wedge to fit in there like the real steel does, you'd have to do some modification to make it fit/work in the WOC.

Update - I went through both of them and they each had the same o-ring lying along the innerds of the release valve. I simply lubed up the o-ring (which was bone dry) did some playing with it to make sure it wouldn't fall off as soon as I operated it and reassembled the mag. I've only shot 1 mags worth of bb's through it since, but it seems to be working now.

For my problem I disassembled one of the mags and after removing the rubber seal for the exhaust, I noticed that one of the o-rings had blown off and was hanging in the middle of the release valve. I have to wait till I go down to work to make a custom tool to remove the valve properly, I'll keep you guys posted on my findings.

I bought two of the bomber mags, first run started leaking out of the top after ~10 rounds on semi... for both of them. Off to a bad start. Initially they appeared decent out of the box, they were not as nicely finished as the one that came with my WOC, which I expected. I filled them with a 10 second gas charge let it rest for a moment, then 5 seconds more of gas. They held gas just fine while I let them come up to room temperature. It is almost like these mags had a built in timer, after a trial with each magazine after shooting in semi for 10 rounds they both began to shoot gas out of the top of the magazine. Not very impressed with them. It appears that AEX reduced the price of the WA mag to $85, I have a feeling I'll be buying some of those as I don't know how much work it will take to get the bomber ones working right.

Yes even the full length M16A4's have the CQB barrel in them... but in all honesty, it is still very accurate. As slu stated, the shorter inner was to keep the FPS the same in the WOC lineup. Some have reported large FPS gains with longer inner barrels/tightbores but from what I have read and seen, accuracy hasn't seemed to improve much, even with tightbores. *sidenote* my Bomber mags are on the way and should be here early next week, I'll throw up a mini review as soon as I try them out.

Yes, bolt catch function is included and my WOC even came with a gray one.

I definitely won't say that they are trouble free, but mine has been good to me in the about 30 mags put through it. Other than having to do the 50rd mod to the magazine, I can't say that anything else has/needs to be done on it to make it shoot reliably... so far. I'd say keep at least one AEG just for backup/cold weather playing sake IMO. I still have my three AEG's and plan to keep at least two in my arsenal for those non GBB days.

My selector was also very tight, doesn't sound quite as bad as yours. After repeated cycling it appears to be working more like my RS now.

I agree, I cannot stop smiling while playing with mine... maybe when I get a big whiff of propane do I cringe I do believe I'll be trading on and off with my AEG's once some magazines come my way.
