  1. I've never turned the red dot on in a game. But then again, I never used the irons of my M16 in game either. Sights are pretty much worthless in airsoft.
  2. I should have my gun rack put up fairly soon. One problem I'm running into though is how to hang up pistols (I only have 2 to hang, but I want them to look nice ). Any ideas? I'm using simple peg board. I'm going for an armory style look, so I considered some sort of hand gun holder (like the MK23 is in in the first part of the game Breakdown, for those who are familiar with it *and for those who aren't, play that game! *), but not sure on a design yet.
  3. Where do you keep those mags?
  4. Thanks a lot for the picture! The M16 was perfect to use, I used to own one (I might have said that in this thread, but I can't remember). So I'd +1 you twice if I could! The XM8 might be a little long, although the stock looks about the size I would use it at, so it might be fine. Hmm, this is a hard choice. If I can find out about the accuracy question on the last page, that will seal it.
  5. Ok, so how far does your SG1 shoot in comparison? I know how far the general TM shoots (I've used a G36C, AUG, SAS, and MP7 during games before, so I have a general idea of how they work), and I seem to recall it being around 200 feet. I play mostly woodland, so I don't want to be outranged right away.
  6. Well, I guess the thing to keep in mind is that a review is the reviewer's opinion. If he didn't quite like it, then he'll review it as such. I would have liked a higher score too, but that's because I like XM8's a lot and really wanted to see this gun succeed (which it seems to be doing, with only one or two reviews like this). But, this is his opinion, and he did give some good information, so it's all good. I just can't decide though. Do I really want to buy one? One thing I'm really curious about is the size. Can someone take a picture of it next to another popular gun, such as
  7. What do you mean by flex in the front end? I'm really interested in one of these, but it will be my primary AEG, so I want one that will last well. I've always loved the XM8, but I also have a liking for the P90 and M4 (and the M16, but I already owned the CA version ), so I'm trying to decide which to get. Also, is the scope removable so I can go just to the irons? And finally, how creaky is it compared to the TM FAMAS? Thanks!
  8. *ghasp* Well, it had to come some time
  9. weasel: I heard they didn't fit, I could be wrong though (it happens, once in awhile )
  10. Don't get snippy I wasn't talking about hicaps for one (I'm not a hicap fan, so I would be using the mids), and all I'm saying is that it would "look awesome", not that it would be practical. Like I said, don't get snippy.
  11. You should add one of the STANAG conversions to that. It would look awesome!
  12. I'm not sure where the cornflake box caption comes into play, but I like the simple loadout
  13. Well, the whole idea of a flashlight (other than being able to see the suspect ) in Law Enforcement is to make yourself less visible to the suspect. So blind is good Could you get me a picture of how well it lights up maybe? Like it shining in a pitch black room or outside at night. I'd really appreciate it! You can PM it to me though, if you can get it, so it doesn't clutter up the P90 pictures
  14. My name is Ding Chavez and I approve this flashlight. Tell me how it works by the way, I need a nice flashlight for Police equipment. (practical use )
  15. Ooo, very nice. Doesn't look odd at all. In fact, I like it more than the AK74 mags +1 to you mate!
  16. Hey, thanks! That actually doesn't look half bad, with the GP-30 anyway. Any way you could get one without the GP30? +1 for ya!
  17. So no one has a picture of the AK74 black stock with an AK47 mag in it?
  18. I've heard that the CM.031 internals are more stable than the cm.028 internals. I know the flash hider would be wrong, but I could simply remove it
  19. Maybe I should just get the $15 wood furniture replacement, so I can have the .031 internals and the midcaps that I want I thought it would probably look funny, but you never know. If someone could get me a picture though, I'd still like to see it (hey, I might like it lol)
  20. Picture request: A cm.031/SLR-105/AK74 (lol, the one with black stock that all the companies, save TM, just came out with ) with a standard AK47 magazine in it. I decided to add a cm.031 to my collection (as soon as they are back in stock ), but I'm wondering if the standard ol' AK47 mags will look fine, since they are way easier to find in midcaps (meaning at all possible lol) than the AK74 mags. +1 for the one to get me one Preferably a standard "from the side, right side up" picture. A profile, I guess you would call it. It's simply for looks, so doesn't need to be artistic. T
  21. Personally, I'd like to see the Focus instead (as long as it's the "van" looking one, not the car style)
  22. Hey! Finally someone who puts their PEQ on the side rail! +1 for that man!
  23. So why doesn't anyone put their PEQ on the side rail? I think it looks good, personally.
  24. In what way? Color? They are minute differences, if there are differences. It's about like Armalites. One has a PEQ and forgrip, the next has an M203 and PEQ, the next has a light and M203, etc etc. But in the end they are all the same old souped up Armalite. Same with AK's.
  25. Well, I don't have a picture of mine, specifically, but here is a base photo I Googled. Same color as mine and everything. Prepare yourself! 1999 Dodge Caravan. Mini vans FTW But it gets better! Mine has a luggage rack! Oh yeah! Hey, it has a V6, awesome pick up, and a 12 CD changer! It also has plenty of space to haul airsoft gear around. And it's free If I'm not driving that, I'm driving one of these: 2003 Ford Taurus. Mine's sand colored though. It's NOT that old lady gold, as I call it. It's TAN! It is! The car doe
