Have had a scan through but no luck looking so can eny one tell me which bog standard M4 pistol grip (if eny) fit with out modding ? I've found loads about magpul but nothing that I could see about standard pistol grips . Cheers guys .

yup , slid it of the original barrel , but when i tried to mount it on the new barrel it stopped just after the foresight section the barrel is too thick from there on .

Right then freely admit I'm a total numpty when it comes to upgrading and altering my guns , so i bought a dytec 10.5 when't to fit it this am and discovered i can' slide the cog (don't know the proper part name) on to the new barrel , now seeing as the cog locks every thing in place Assistance please . Cheers guys

uuummmm ? no ! ;1 x sopmod , 2 x up-graded batts , 1 x hi-cap and 1 standard mag = 300 notes posted et all , reason for sale ? he got a TM G36 ! now don"t get me wrong the G36 is nice but it ain"t no SOPMOD !!

second EBB added to the colection , second hand for a VERY low amount of money (i do like people desperate for dosh for a new gun ! ), just have to decided what i"m going to do with it !

if we"d kept the EM-2 , hay presto ! the modern version ! sorry mate think its fugly as hell BUT if you like it thats all that matters , can see you"ve put a lot of work in to it so well done (on the work that is ! )

Rudysw2 ; your post was just what i was after , as i stated not so much don"t want to stump up the cash just can"t realy when you have a family , its more a case of "make do the best you can" so i was hoping some one would post up who had actual experiance of the newer ones "in the flesh" as it were . Nasty ; i"ve had a couple of TMC pouches and yes the colour is a bit off but was planning of mixing it up a bit with the pouches MC,CB,MJK so hopfully it wouldnt be as noticeable as an all one colour Rig . and ultimatly i"m just going for the "imprestion" not a facsimily to scurmish in . ch

have desided to start a PJ load out so question to the experianced is , are the Ebairsoft 6094"s (http://www.ebairsoft.com/cordura-6094-style-plate-carrier-khaki-p-3569.html) eny good ? much as i would love to spend the money on a genuine LB or optactical or the like i can"t legitimize spend that much money so i was hoping that this one is ok . cheers druid .

think i"ve reached magpul over load so i"ve binned all the magpul of my socom and changed tack , going for C8 look in stead ;

havent touched the sewing machine in mths but past two wks sudenly regained my interest ! kandahar "style" plate carrier and battle belt for my self , and Personal Body Armour for a mate .

theres a fair bit about curing lock up in the thread mate (go back and read from the start young one! ) but i cured it in my socom by changing to deans and lipo"s (at Richard"s sugestion , thank you sir )no nead for eny radical re-wiring and removing gear parts !

after you did the hard work of finding them (cheers matey) just went to order some mags , and see they"ve dropped the price to 12euro from 15euros each so i thought great but then discovered there asking 20euros(£17.22)P&P to the UK i all most choked ! i"m sorry but thats taking the p**s . but have read on another forum that cyma AK74 mags fit with a bit of modding , so going to get some 150"s from KHmountain and see . will post up how they turn out .

some people just don"t get "if it ain"t bust don"t fix it !" ? totaly agree best hop i"ve ever come across . still makes me chuckle nearly a year down the line the shock you see on players faces when you nail them at VERY long ranges with what appears to be a bog standard M4 !

but as others have said unfortunatly this little gizzmo deactivates the "mag empty lock" which from my point of view is one of the most important functions on the SOCOM/SOPMOD"s and with out it it looses its title as the best EBB on the market and becomes just the same as the other blow backs on the market .
