Wow. This looks good. Very tempting. A couple of questions I hope can be answered: 1. There's been talk that it doesn't stop firing after the last round. Any truth in this? 2. Is this actually designed for long term use with Green Gas? Can't wait for part 3

Need some advise. I'm torn between getting the Marushin M500 and the Marui M3. Looking for something reliable for CQB games. Needless to day the Marui would be perfect, but the gas + recoil of the M500 keeps beckoning. How reliable is the M500 for games? Does it require baby-ing and constant maintenance?

Very nice guns good sirs. Was wondering why there's a general lack of Zeke or Airsoft Surgeon metal slides in this thread. Any particular reason why they aren't popular? Also, do the aftermarket ambi safeties (like Nova) come with the connector in the middle of the 2 halves?

Initial Impressions of the TM PX4 GBB Pistol
jesTer replied to Gunfighters808's topic in Pistols (Gas)
Can anyone advise on the length of trigger pull compared to the Marui P226? Being used to the Colt 45's trigger, I find the P226 to have a very long trigger pull. -
Not sure if it has been addressed before but will the new bolt system be compatible with the 'closed' bolt magazines? Wow, if this proves to be as reliable as the G39 bolt system seems to be, I might be able to finally reliably use my WE M4 for skirmishing...

Finally got through all 22 pages in this thread and seems like the consensus is it's a perfectly skirmishable airsoft gun. My question though is how consistent it is shot after shot? With only 30BBs per mag and going up against folks with 300BBs (on average) and heavy trigger fingers, I think each shot from the G39C needs to count. So do they? My main problem with both the WE M4 and WOC M4 is the consistency of each shot. I read comments about the G39 being 'laser straight up to 30 meters' but has anyone done some accuracy tests? If it's accurate up to 20 meters, hitting a man size

Yep. It was originally there for a light. But I found with the AFG using the thumb to switch it on isn't very convenient or easy. Now the rail + covers serves as a place to index my thumb. Yeah. AEG barrels never get hot anyway Don't really wanna spend extra money just to get a metal tube light. Yeah. I used to use a pressure pad. Figured I'd just leave the velcro there.

This was originally a Tokyo-Marui 1st generation Colt M4A1. It's now what I call the FN M16A4 Commando > Many more pictures and details here

I had that same problem when I got my spare magazines when I first took them out their boxes. Found that the Allen bolts at the base of the mags (right in front of the fill valve) needed tightening.

Madbull Ultimate Hopup Assembly
jesTer replied to aznriptide859's topic in Tactical Equipment and Accessories
I've given up and switched back to the G&P with Prometheus bucking. I've tried various combos: with or without the retention o-ring, Prometheus bucking with G&P nub, Prometheus bucking with Madbull nub, Madbull bucking with Madbull nub, Madbull bucking with G&P nub. All getting the same jamming of BBs (this time KSC 0.3). Too bad, really wanted it to work. -
Madbull Ultimate Hopup Assembly
jesTer replied to aznriptide859's topic in Tactical Equipment and Accessories
I setup my Madbull hopup with the Prometheus red bucking and SCS nub. Combined with a 300mm KM tightbore and the MAG magazine, I'm getting double feeds, misfires (ie no BB comes out) and wildly hooking BBs. I've tried SIIS 0.25s, Goldenball 0.25s and KSC 0.25s. Still same thing. From reading through the thread here, seems like the main problem might be the Prometheus bucking? -
Really curious about this AEG. Was wondering if it can be safely upgraded to around 400fps and a 11.1v lipoly battery without breaking the recoil feature? For some strange reason it's very hard to find lipoly that's lower than 11.1v here.

I'd suggest a small dab of superglue/CA glue on the grooves to help keep the springs in place. Works like a wonder on mine.
