Would any of them play without eye pro...? So how do they justify not putting any on the dog?
There's no way you can 100% guarantee some *Ubar* won't shoot it, neither can you guarantee it won't react badly to some element of the game and try to harm a player (more of a hazard with a bigger dog admittedly, but still). *fruitcage* stupid idea, to put it mildly.
Its not jut the risk of some muppet intentionally shooting it for me theres too much of an obvious risk that it bolts out into fire without being seen till the last second... bad call on whoever brought the dog (good case to have the dog removed from the owner) and looks equally as bad on the site for allowing it.

Sounds like you do, but then the M&P looks and feels great, tempted to get a second keeping one stock (other than removing the safety) and customising the second... Having 7 of the real M&P's is a heavy investment, you must really enjoy shooting them (not that I would know anything about that living in the UK and I imagine even if I moved to the States it would be an absolute impossibility of owning one still).

I had cycling issues with the stock parts last week,; nozzel seems to get stuck stopping the slide returning to full battery and occasional double feeds (think they may be connected). Added some silicone to the BBU hoping that stops it... now to tackle the leaking magazine!
-
Random question, I was cleaning my M&P the other day and noticed (which I hadn't before) that I can rotate the slide breakdown leaver without half pulling back the slide, anyone else have this?

Or keep the black and buy a FDE to compliment it

Funny I went the other way selling a TM Glock for one of these.Yep, small grip for the win.
Traded mine off for a fully done TM G17. Miss it already.
Held the P226E2 and 1911's, nothing feel as natural as the M&P in my hands. I need to get my hands on a HK45 with small hand straps.
Most natural feeling Pistol I have owned

Hurry up Agent Hunk!
My new pew
Wow that looks great, an I normally do not like custom AR's... do you have a parts list?
-
Nice, I am really looking forward to you showing how it looks in action... I am moving forward slowly with my own similar loadout (started planning it sometime last year!), this is the second version since selling off most of my kit; looking at buying a GBBR next year so now it is this and either a cheap tri-shot or an AEG borrowed off a friend (Waiting on a holster and APL clone too)

Its tight but works well so far, bit tighter than the PX4 magazines I had but they fit unlike the Marui Glock ones. They do make different carriers though so I may not have the best one for these magazines. Had one of their roto holsters for the PX4, wasn't too bad did the job.
Only tested in the house haven't been to a game yet and till I find a holster I am going to be using a BHI Omea leg holster.

Looks pretty cool, been looking for ideas for a slick loadout like that based around that style of vest (I have it in black).
Have you managed to field it yet? Would you mind poating up a quick list of the setup (although it probably isn't too hard to ID the parts).
Great work!

It would be a great IDPA style alternative if we had an airsoft equivalent in the UK. As a proper IPSC style race gun though the trigger and a lack of spare parts let it down.

Well you never know at this stage what upgrades may come out, replacement trigger packages may happen if they think there is a market for them (either for skirmish or IDPA performence upgrades), but for the more casual practical pistol matches that some sites are doing these days it could be a contender (time and experience will tell) by the sounds of it.
You're right there, no part support at all unfortunately. Oh well! A metal slide wont be the end of the world, especially that detonator one, its friggen light!
Some Marui pistols do seem to have replacement parts available, Fire Support seem to regularly carry various bits for a number of Marui models but I guess its a case of what they can get their hands on when they are available through third parties.
On slides and parts I did wonder a while back if it would be possible from what is available locally or through Asian stores to get all the parts to build a separate working slide without sacraficing a donor pistol in the process.
-
Ive been thinking about this as an option for practical pistol style competitions as a number of people have been comparing it favourably to Hi-Capas.

I have a friend with a copy of the Inforce, hes incredibly happy with it and is on my shortlist... Maybe I will go with that one as I know what its like in person going in (that or get saving hahaha)
-
Cheers matey! X300's are nice lights... would love a real Surefire one but can't rationalise the cost so I am looking at one of the copies on Ebay at the moment.
-
Will just see when the timr comes, WE P228 magazines were slightly too thin so would slide out... can always sell it if its too loose or tight.
-
Has anyone tried to mount a light to their M&P yet? I am looking for one at the moment for use (right now) on my Marui Glock 17 but will be used on an M&P when I get one later, seen and read a couple of reviewers mention a tight fit with real accessories and wobbly fit with copies and wondered if anyone had given it a go with theirs?
Also, and a bit wierder, how do the magazines for the M&P stack up dimensions wise to other models? I have a Fobus magazine carrier (one of the paddle ones) which caried PX4 magazines nice and snugly but are far too small for the Glock. I am buying a new set for the Glock but wondered if there was a point keeping the old one to try with the M&P when the time comes or if they are sized more like the fatter Glock magazines?

I think its too early to say on that, most people on here seemed to get them this week and I imagine sime may be putting them through their paces at a skirmish as we speak.

Im going to stick to what I normally do with TM pistols; Ultra on a cold day and 144a when theres enough of a warm breeze.
-
Now I feel stupid!
I dont mind the logo, I just sometimes slides like this look great without them (the MW slides for the Glock being one)

That looks great, if they do make them for the TM I would be tempted to pick one up... wouldn't mind if they did one without the Costa logo

Gloves maybe and boots? For me thats too many rifle magazines on the chest but its down to you how you load up... when I had a chest rig I had 2 mag pouches for my primary and 2 for my pistol on the chest... Sometimes I had extra pistol mag pouches (not all had mags, speed loaders) and either another primary pouch or a drop leg.

All you Jack Bauer fanboys (myself included) will have to upgrade your H&K USPc for H&K P30
In a trailer for the upcoming season of 24, Jack can be seen holding a H&K P30 which he coincidentely also used in a previous episode of 'Touch' (2013)

It makes sense if he liked it filming another show that he may have asked to use the same pistol in 24, sometimes actors get more say with this stuff than you would think, in Stargate it was partially down to Richard Dean Anderson that they swapped from MP5's to P90s.
If only someone would make a decent GBB P30 (standard length not the L version), this has been one of my favourite looking modern models for a while now, normally I am all about the classic Sig P228/229/226. I'm not holding my breath for one coming out though no matter how many times they appear in TV shows and movies.
Do we have to copy the same grip that looks like a chimp enjoying the recoil and noises .
Still if it means someone ends up making the standard length P30 then I am all for it, though I would prefer a P2000.
'FireKnife'
Grip would only be required for those trying to be Jack Bauer
I would rather if not a P30 a HK45c than a P2000, the P2000 is basically a USP with different ergonomics but a HK45c looks like a USP/P2000 but has a practical rail rather than the HK specific one.
