there is no point in trying to compare the two, they are 2 very different machines and give you 2 very different experiences. Neither one is "better" than the other, they both have pro's and con's.

I loved my SOCOM but at the last Tier 1 event during as we where being attacked in the middle of the night my battery died after about 3 or 4 shots on my SOCOM the only other weapon I could use was the Boss's Systema, now Ive avoided ever even touching one because I had a funny feeling if I did Id have to have one and I was right !!now lucky for me I managed to pick one up for less than a brand new SOCOM/SOPMOD so it was a no brainer really, I wouldnt say it was leagues better than the TM but more like just different, Ive been trying to think of a way to describe it and I just cant, its just a

will do mate, from the very short time I used one at the weekend I can say the systema felt more balanced in my hands, shooting it was a completely different experience than the socom much like the way shooting the socom is to a standard AEG if that makes sense

Im toying with the idea of selling my socom now.... nothing wrong with it i just have this urge to buy a systema..... i know i know but I used one at the weekend and fell in love

hmmmm mine laylax stock toll turned up today so I tried tightening it with that, now its nice and tight and a very minute amount of play, starting to think I may try the hard locking ring first before i shell out for the stock tube

seems like the treads have worn, the stock nut is tight but there is still loads of play in the stock tube they may well be the same.

Richard do you have any stock tubes for the socom in stock ? or can get them, would seem that mine is where the problem lays

Ok super necro post, but since Im on the search for a new AEG I just wondered how this has stood the test of time ?

noooooooooooo ahhh man Id much rather have spent my money with you than anyone else lol i did look on the site aswell, hmmm oh well if it is just it needs tightening then all good and if it needs a new stock tube and nut ill be coming to you, may order a harder recoil spring too.

damm it lol i ended up ordering the laylax one from WGC lol ahh well its all good ill just have to wait a little longer to get my baby back up and running

Im not sure really, its not jammed and still works but there is some movement wit hthe stock twisting and also a little play up and down

Mine is a little poorly the stock tube has become very loose, the stock tube twists but the nut is tight

Ordered a molle scabbard on thursday at 1pm item arrived the next morning at 9am !! other retailers take note your excusses about it being down to the post are no longer valid, if this company can do it then so can you !! Highly recommend
