are those ebaybanned repros pretty close to the real pattern, im thinking about getting them too

i would recommend a first line. throw a holster on there, possibly a drop leg platform (if thats your thing) and maybe a dumper. maybe paint the gun?

starmonkey, do you have a pic of yourself wearing the Plate Carrier over the combat shirt? im thinking about getting one of those shirts to replace my standard MC top, but i wanna make sure that the Blackwater PC looks ok over it. thanks.

thanks, grim! the choice was between wither the bowman replica or the Frogman headset, and i think im going with the bowman because i can put hearing protection over it.

i bought one of the BW PCs to replace my CIRAS, and im really loving it. here's a pic of me in it, but i've since changed the pouches around.

i've seen it done with an MP5. pretty good idea if you ask me.

for what it's worth, chillin is right. we've done several tests and a lot of our local games now require glasses of some sort under mesh.

my neighbor just got one of these and its really nice. its up there performance wise with his CA M16s

the motor's fine unless you need a higher spring, and the tappet plate... well, lets just hope they fix it in following releases

i played with mine all day yesterday. my airsmith said that the motors in them are shyt and if you wanna push anything over forum limits, you'll probably need a new motor. but anyway, it performed really well. i got some nice kills with it. the battery lasted the whole day, too! next, i need to buy a foregrip and a sling. sure, it was a hastle when i first got it, but im happy with my purchase.

it actually uses a slightly different tappet plate. i put a regular v.2 one in my gun, and it screws up the piston/cylander timing (or something along those lines, i dont remember exactly what my airsith said) so i ended up dropping a M140 in there and it was still shooting only 350 or so. the correct tappet plate is on its way though!

these are pic from a game a few weeks ago. the last two are of the whole team, and in the first pic we were missing some people, but the Marines (who decided to borrow a National Guard Humvee for the game ) posed with us!
