  1. I know changing to a dryer kind of green gas or just pure propane fixes it. Excess oil in the chamber makes the bb slip and roll out. Eliminator claims 70m with just a 330fps setup, Rottenotto claims his has the most range out of any airsoft gun he has using the new 6.02mm barrel and hop up (should ask him the actual numbers to be sure). For precision, mine can do 12" at 40m using the stock barrel and my custom hop rubber at a 400fps setup.
  2. If they made a lefty Stag receiver then it would have been impressive. Still, stag does have quite a reputation in the LE/civilian AR-15 world.
  3. No. You'd have to use real ones or ones made for the WA which are short of being real ones.
  4. GAS HOG!!! edit: Could someone superimpose either an moe or ctr butt stock on it. I'm like no, but yes, but no, but yes, but...
  5. Both of you need an M203 Heck everyone should buy Magpul MOE handguards and stick an M203 underneath. Although I think the handguards I bought are fake being that 1) they're really wobbly and 2) I got em for $18.
  6. WE did not do anything to WA or AGM because its based on its own system. Its a completely different animal. The G&P WOC took the WA and worked out most of its bugs within reasonable cost while the AGM is just a clone of the WA. Right now, if you bought a brand spanking new WE M4/M16/CQBR AWSS, theres virtually nothing you'd need to replace. All this replacing bits talk you've been hearing about are from people with older versions wanting to update theirs to better the performance (ex. reinforced charging handles, better hop up, stronger nozzles, stronger bolt stops).
  7. Or use Gas Buster charging handles. *hints at WE*
  8. FA only really does something (push the bolt forward) when the bolt isn't all the way forward i.e. jammed bbs or press checking a chamber
  9. Are those custom? I wouldn't mind building a suppressed SBR just for the fun of it.
  10. So... we're looking at $100~150 tops on necessary upgrades? The RA-TECH website is most confusing.
  11. The old ones have a cast flash along the magazine bottom. The new one has two cast flashes across the magazine bottom. This is why Julietcharlies pics are set to wumbo. VVV edit: I think his just broke off if you're judging by the pics. I know the one on mine did, on the old version and on one of the new ones as well.
  12. A few frantic minutes later of opening my 4 mags' bottoms: only the magazine that came with the gun is of the old type (which I'm retiring anyway since its all ratty from being dragged around). I had fun though, like a morbid version of those lottery scratch cards. Get a new type and you're good to go for hot seasoned fun. Get an old one and you've only but to count the minutes staying under the sun for your impending explosive doom.
  13. Fancy that. The problem now I suppose is finding out what magazine you're about to buy if the only way in telling them apart is to open them, or x-ray specs.
  14. His flash hider is upside down But yeah, that dude is real. Same guy who made the blow back M14 AEG with real 7.62 NATO recoil and 100db sound. Too bad he doesn't like to share. edit: 10 rounds is a big price to pay for all those Joules (and recoil)
  15. Not if it were chambered. And if it weren't it would only go as far as the nozzle since #122 would be blocking the way.
  16. Provided you give it the same amount of shake time as with the real HK416 tests on Youtube, I don't see why it shouldn't. The blow back chamber is almost completely sealed and your only worry would be water left inside the barrel.
  17. I'd say banana's and guyabano's myself. But he's asking performance, not functionality. Performance would only mean exit velocity, rate of cool down, and projectile stability. Plus just because its a clone doesn't necessarily mean it will inherit the traits of the original as wonky qc can mess anything up.
  18. A magazine of a different design and manufacturer hardly constitutes as control. Control should be a WE magazine under the shade exposed only to ambient temperature. I'll also put into the mix that WE mags CAN actually be overfilled. Open up any Japanese gbb magazine and you'd find the fill valve to have some kind of tubular extension of sorts (roughly to half the length of the reservoir). This limits the amount of liquid pumped into the mag thereby limiting the possibility of it being over filled and reach destructive pressures. This tube is absent on the WE mag so as long as you jam tha
  19. In defense of the WA M4, it wasn't designed to take green gas, period. Whats really becoming a stalemate argument is between the WE M4 and the G&P WOC.
  20. If you start making AKs, Makarovs and Tokarevs I'd be most willing to sell my vodka damaged organs in having to pay for them.
  21. It's a common notion that Socom Gear rebrand WE products. My Socom Gear N4 has WE markings on the front sight and when asked them (Socom Gear) if they built my rifle from the ground up or used a WE as base they replied "can't divulge trade secrets" but its "the same as WE".
  22. Browning Hi Power = jizzed in my pants
  23. Strange, I've had to do just that for all my mags as the main gasket (rectangular rubber) wouldn't hold gas at all after it started leaking. I didn't see any damage on the gasket but I suspect it shrank. Also good to hear you're fixing #59. I've had to go through hell just making a few of them. I'm beginning to regret having to use SUS304 stainless steel with it being too tough. Using your regular steel with the design change might be enough.
  24. Must have peaked higher than that since its 28 here and thats in the shade. None-the-less everyone should avoid leaving fully gassed mags in the sun for long. I'm in the market for a decent bandoleer for my mags and quite frankly I'm highly considering putting some sort of insulation in the mag pouches before I use it.
