No trademarks at all, except the caspians versions. Performance wise not the best, good for the money but definately not as good as TM. Not fully compatiable with a TM 1911. Lower frame of the WE is based off of the Hi-capa. In short, get a TM or WA.
If you mod them they will be fine. For example you can tape the o-ring to get more shots, and tape the inner barrel against the hopup so it will be more accurate. I know the TM 1911 is better but I preferred the 1911 tactical, so I now have a WE 1911 tactical. BUT if TM would have made a 1911 tactical, MEU, kimber etc I would buy TM in a heartbeat.

like everyone above, it looks like a fishermans vest to me. But man it does look more practical than i thought it would be.

Had my first skirmish today, the battery was a 8.4 Volt, forgot the mah but its a small battery. It lasted me from 4pm-10pm. This thing is a beast compared to most AEGS. It shot straight and clean. I didn't have one problem with it.

Well, who cares? If you want a Marui MEU, don't be stupid and wait for japanese faith … take a Marui 1911A1 GBB put a Nova Springfield kit around it with Pachmayrs and you have a nice full metal quality 1911 MEU modern version For japanese guys a bit sorry, because of full metal. But you have option of Western Arms over there, so it kind of equals the chances in a way.
Thanks for the hint with Western Arms not being japanese essentially. Didn't know that. Well, WA was supposed to show up at Paris show fall 2007 in france. But they'd quit two days before and didn't show up. Pitty.
S&W PC356 an EBB? Now that you wrote this, Marui announced something one year ago … well … at least this means there is an excellent chance for the FN FiveseveN to be the next Marui GBB to be released (if it is supposed to be a GBB!). Would be a good move as Marushin already covers the market with their version, which qualitywise could be succeded by the Marui one I hope. The blowback of the Marushin one seems to be rocking, what I read so far. Lets hope at least for that …
In the section AEPs there's still a Beretta M92F and a Steyr TMP to come, anounced for years now, too. Any insight on that?
I care because the nova kit is just too expensive. College students are not that rich

Wow MEU might be EBB ....thats a heartbreaker for me...
double heart breaker for me too

how about the MEU? was there any estimated release date?

I recently got the vfc scar too and I must say its nice, but don't fiddle with the stock too much because it gives the battery extra room to wiggle around. That being said I kept messign with it and it broke one of the female spade connectors.

nice review, but i can only find the single stackers...where would you buy double ones?

I can sure go for one of those. I have a old m4 clone thats in pieces, maybe this will help.

so its a DA/SA?

evike is always trying to screw people over, if not in customer service than in expensive prices. I'll wait till some other shop sells them.

Is there any airsoft shops that sell this gun in the US?

I used a stock cqb one. What i noticed is that the accuracy is superior in semi compared to full auto. don't get me wrong you can hit a man sized target from far away, but it might take a few more bb's.
