  1. Latest gear: Things that wil change this week: Crye JPC changed to Crye CPC Replica Comtacs changed to MSA Sordin Dual com.
  2. And I'm standing on the left side of the asian guy
  3. The other electronic parts on the mosfet-board are covered in some white stuff. (its hard, so it's not thermal paste or something) Well, I replaced the ECU and mosfet. The only A&K electronics that I still use is the selector-switch-board. If you just hook everything up (A&K switch-board and systema ecu and mosfet), you only have full-auto. Semi does nothing. So if you take a look at the connector from the selectorswitch-board, you have to switch the 2 outer wires. (so only the middle wire stays in place) Then it works as it should be. I didn't test the A&K
  4. A&K made only 20 pieces for Europe, so they did sell fast. I have 1 too, and the build quality is indeed very good. 1 big negative point on mine was the mosfet. After 3 mags, it shorted and the motor kept running without pulling the trigger. So now I have a Systema ECU and mosfet. The mosfet is the most weak part of the A&K. It has 5 mosfets, instead of 2 (like Systema, CTW,DTW), and has no heatsink for cooling!!! (that's what caused mine to fail) Also, the selector switch board isn't compatible with Systema electronics. The wiring is different. (but if you reroute th
  5. My latest builds: Shotgun-shell pouch. Holds 8 shells. The tab keeps in in place, but is flexible enough to bend when pulling a shell out. Empty shells can just be put back in from the top. Double Slapstick pouch, made for a teammate: Personal Wallet. (My leather wallet was at his end, and the coins were crushing my bank-cards) And Mbitr pouch:
  6. I used to get it from DIYtactical, but since they are out of business, I get it from Tacticaltrim dot DE. I've searched for a long time for a decent alternative, and that's the only one I found till now.
  7. The weight isn't too bad. And those shoulder straps are as strong as any other shoulder straps. Just add some padding and you're good to go. And I play with a gbbr, so I know how much a mag weighs. And that radio works. I don't add things to my vest without function
  8. It's an Bushnell holosight with a larger hood over it. http://cdn2.armslist.com/sites/armslist/uploads/posts/2012/03/26/348038_01_bushnell_holosight_gen_1__640.jpg
  9. Well, it fits nicely onto my JPC, I had a 3l hydro, but that thing is too large for this set-up. It has one big zipper, and in each corner a hole for the tubing. In the middle of the hydro, there is a large piece of elastic webbing to keep the pouch small. Through that, you can also get the tube out. The only downside is that some brands starts to use some other sort of multicam-webbing. (Esstac uses this webbing also) . The color blending isn't as smooth as the official multicam webbing. But I guess I have to get used to it.

  14. This picture was taken at home, but this was the loadout for the skirmisch today:
  15. This is a Cyma 042. The wood has been abused and a the metal parts are rusting. (body is same alloy that won't rust)
  16. Also posted in other picture thread, but this is also ingame. Also added some other set-ups. It depends on the location and time of year.
  17. Gopro HD2 was on 720p with widest setting.
  18. The helmet is almost rock-solid on my head. The meshmask is connected to the ARC-rails, so I removed the headstraps. (only the neck-piece of the H-harness is left in place). The gopro itself does give the helmet a front-heavy feeling, but I have the MS2000 with batteries, and some kind of counterweight-bag. (but inside is a lipo and fan to add airflow in the goggles) (as seen on this pic: http://users.telenet.be/blarock86/helm2.JPG ) And the movie from that day:

  20. A molded holster for my USP Match. Because everybody knows how hard it is to find a holster for the USP Match. The base is a molle adapter for a Serpa holster. The holster itself is made from plexiglass (kydex is not available in our country.)
  21. This is my AEG; pic of my gbbr will folow.
  22. Made soft shoulder pads (1000d MC) and removed the buckles on the Eagle PC. Also made a multicam camelbak-hose cover. (ripstop MC)
  23. Check page 65. I've done this too, but I started from the boxmag, and removed the 'box' and added the outer shell of a P90 high-cap for the looks. The box can be eliminated immediately, since the box only fills your highcap through the M4 high-cap fill door. So you can use M4 low-caps just by removing the metal lip that holds the high-cap fill-door open.
