Time for finger stretching exercises....maybe put that dusty guitar to some use.
I'm curious about the trademarks. Colt and Springfield markings on the same gun? Is this accurate?
-
its where it needed to be.
So everyone else has to awkwardly contort their hand around the frame to hit it? Sounds a bit un-ergonomic for one-handed shooting....

what camo is that?
Japanese (JGSDF)
japanese jei-tai (spelling?)rare as fvck (for some)
Just missed an "i" "riku-jou-ji-ei-tai, to be specific. Apparently there's a store called Royal Tiger Gear that has some replicas, but they're not quite as authentic as other replicas.

Man, I just bought a TM M1911A1, and now I'm gonna have to get a Detonics to stuff away when the *suitcase* hits the fan.

My KWA M9's trigger spring fruitcaging broke.....and before that it was failing to feed BBs until I filed down the loading nozzle.

My honest opinion--what's the point in the A2 cocking handle when there's no proper A2 receiver
-
My decocker is acting funny. It won't really work. It works if I put pressure on the left safety switch though.
-
My mag bumper just broke off
Not the bumper itself, but metal lip that it slides onto.

You need a green cocking handle and barrel release button though.
Why would the barrel release button need to be OD? It's always black.....

I'm also getting automatic fire when rapid firing.

I recently acquired a KWA "full metal" M9 that ironically has a plastic outer barrel
I was wondering if it's harmful to rack the slide with the safety on, as the hammer falls immediately when th slide locks closed. Also, is it normal to have a tiny little bit of gas go "thunk" when decocked?
-
Where do you get the dolphin slides? I can't find them.
-
I've just realized, neither the TM nor CA AUGs are actually "full metal". The rear section of the barrel, which should be metal, is plastic.

the railed version is the civilian version
The railed version isn't the civilian version. It's a railed receiver for the A1. The only "civilian" AUG is the USR, which is railed, but has an A2 receiver. The other civilian AUGs, the AUG A1/SA and A2/SA are for civilian use, but they're "evil assault weapons".
I took the railed receiver off my TM AUG.

I'm looking into creating my own carbine kit. Chopping down my old Marui barrel, and permanently affixing a real AUG birdcage hider.
Also, is the windage adjustment wheel supposed to be so loose on the CA AUG?

Can't believe I forgot about that; my uncle has an M1 Carbine with "GM" stamped on the barrel
Man these things are addictive. I'm gonna have to get another one and customize it.
