  1. Thank you for the confirmation! Good news indeed!
  2. There is no chance a mini battery will fit into these units. You will be required to use the lipo that rsov sells or at least something similar in size from another manufacturer.
  3. Wasnt there a thread link in here that stated that the upper receiver would accept a G&P delta ring? If so that means that you would be able to at least switch rail systems provided you still retain the stock outer barrel. Can you confirm that Anakchan?
  4. Four hicaps or four standards? IF its four standards then yes, something is definitely wrong there or this system is HIGHLY inefficient. If its four hicaps i would say thats probably about right considering the level of complexity of the system.
  5. Ive been using the 12C 1200mah lipo stick packs from RSOV for about six months now. They're ###### comparatively speaking but they do work. At the time when i recommended that Corps not use them i was genuinely concerned with the quality of the packs as lipo technology is nothing to joke around with. My testing has proven that they're fairly durable if not the greatest packs out there. Corps, are you running fets in any of your guns or just straight up 11.1 volt lipos?
  6. You guys are asking for trouble with steel charging handles. Real AR15's do NOT use steel charging handles as they wear out the receivers. A better quality aluminum charging handle is what you want.
  7. Corps. The replica AP is mounted in a real ADM mount. The first rifle is my buddies gun that i built for him. I would say that like any other aimpoint replica its functional but not to the same level of the real thing. I wont use replica optics on my real guns nor will i use them on my airsoft rifles. They're too important of a tool to skimp on as far as im concerned. For all intents and purposes though, the replicas work. Both guns are set up with mosfets featuring three round burst. The First rifle is actually stupidly quiet with that suppressor on there, its really quite int
  8. Definitely looks different just by going off of the photos but who knows, i havent opened one of these up so im purely speculating here.
  9. Thats definitely an 11.5 inch barrel. Great work as usual Corps.
  10. You guys seem to be forgetting that this gun is running a 7.4 volt battery (at least i think it is). 7.4 volt lipo's are basically equivalent to a decent quality 9.6. Trigger arcing isnt really a major issue with those voltages.
  11. Slight wobble between the upper and lower receivers is NORMAL on alot of real guns and has ZERO affect on accuracy or function. Please note i said, SLIGHT.
  12. Killer. What brand of front flip is that and what brand of handguard cap did you buy? A friend of mine wants me to install the same configuration but i had concerns with the stability of the system given the fact that the handguard cap is NOT secured to the FSB, merely held in place by the gas tube.
  13. Guys, are you seeing any slowdown in cyclic rate/blowback by simply adding 30 or so fps? In a typical gun going from 280-320/330 fps will usually drop about 1 round per second depending on the battery. Im not sure how the blowback would affect this gun, ie is it any different?
  14. The only way i could see the brass sleeve torqueing like that was if the bolt slammed into the end of it...really..REALLY HARD. Even then im sitting here wondering if that is even possible given the max amount of force the system is able to generate.
  15. Trichrome, that is a fantastic build man, seriously, very nice work. Ill second the other requests here for info on the miad mod+the cheetah, i have a panther that is positively huge and could never fit into a miad unless i removed the motor. Also, what kind of battery are you running in that thing? Obviously something with decent amperage ratings in order to pull that kind of spring.
  16. Rofl... So you're disagreeing with the original poster, ie navymp, the guy that took the photo? Man...
  17. Im really psyched for this design. The sky is the limit and i really cant wait to see what guys with more talent, skill and knowledge than the average joe, ie me are going to do to this rifle. I too would love to see how this thing works before i plunk down the cash on one.
  18. Key word FUN. This AEG looks FUN. The pseudo blowback, the bolt lock, the (hopefully) exceptional hopup performance and genuine tokyo marui reliability make this one a winner in my book. This gun is definitely on my short list to own.
  19. Cool overview, thank you VERY much for the videos. Im really interested in this as i prefer the reliability and convenience of electric over gas powered replicas. I really hope that this platform catches on and aftermarket parts are released in short order. Only time will tell however.
  20. Corps, think you can take pictures of the modifications? Im curious to see what they did to the insides of the gun.
  21. Thats a G&G correct? The color looks awful man, is it the lighting or is it really that...i dunno, light and gold? Ive handled a couple in person and didnt find them to be superior to the VFC in any way shape or form BUT the coloring didnt look that off in person.
  22. Hey guys, i know its in here somewhere but what is the URL for the We tech website? I cant seem to remember the URL.
  23. Slu, thats a fantastic summation of this thread, well done man.
