    That guide is for making your own feed tray dummy plate-like-thingy. Newbkiller modded a Star M249 feed tray into the upper reciever.

    Yes, I agree with the sentiment that they are using EOtechs, however the OP asked what type of mount they are using. Not what type of optic.
