  1. Then right after the game, you can go ahead and chainsaw-murder some american teens, no need to bring a change of outfit! So clever.
  2. Ahhhhh, i c. Forgot about that version, much easier starting point for sure.
  3. Presuming that TM started as a CQB-R? Cerakote or new receivers?
  4. Oh there's no doubt. There's an epic amount of ACM gear (camo, armour carriers etc) floating around Iraq and Syria and the like now, it's super obvious when you look at the pictures. If they've got modern, western looking scopes and grips in said pictures it's going to be chinese clone stuff meant for the airsoft market. The SF M900 style light in the first picture for example, not a SureFire and most certainly something I've seen at airsoft shops.
  5. Well there we have it, the rebel/insurgent/mid-eastern-overthrow fighter AK look for the twenteens - Grab a cheap tacticool looking CYMA, outfit it like 95% of newbie airsoft players (I was that guy with my M4 back in the day) and there you're sorted.
  6. In case anyone's not aware; US Army (so then probably everyone down the line) is moving from the M9 to the Sig P320. Fingers crossed for a nice Marui.

I'm sure they're too busy with the 25th anniversary Resident Evil M9 to notice.

Eugh.. please guys don't make me think about it.

The M9 is all part of the plan for the P320. They're just trying to find the right shade of brown.

  7. I want to see that exact loadout but with a field shirt and the gun sprayed up in some nice greens.
  8. I'm sure there are much better/funnier options than I could ever concoct, but (that's the WE GBB right?) I think just a picture of a ton of BBs would mess with a lot of people's heads.
  9. I'd say I'm pretty well sorted for combat shirts.
  10. Never normally put these here, but it's not like we're inundated with pictures. I decided 2016 would be the year to totally overhaul all my camo stuff and pick up a lot of the patterns I'd been interested in for ages, so this is everything I've had come in since June. Couple of non-gear bits in there but hopefully ya'll can deal with it.
  11. Nice, so how close does it feel to a real gun? It looks almost too neat and clean on the sides of the receivers in those pictures I have to say.
  12. Someone outside russia actually got one. How much google translate did you have to use in the acquisition process?
  13. Cam cream through the beard is some dedication.
  14. Touch wood.. I never seem to take hits in the neck. Hands and gut however, alllllll the time. But yeah if you mean the top picture, that's the Leo Kohler combat shirt which is nice, but is kinda let down by a weird collar. You can fold it up and it'll cover a lot of your neck just fine, but it's not really cut in a way to do so neatly and it bugged my OCD so I just wore it down.
  15. I never get in good pictures, the photogs are too busy snapping the chicks and the internet-famouses. So you'll take what you're given. (Far right on that one)
  16. Anyone else keep a list of everything airsoft/kit related they buy?

I don't actually note down prices paid, just items bought/things I need to get to finish a gun or rig etc. Then when they come in they get lined through.

I have a word doc for each "project", see how much various shops are asking, how many items I can get from the same one - don't use it in retrospect though

I've got a master .xlsx with all the spending for actual and potential projects. I'm not sure if I'm hiding from it, or it's hiding from me.

  17. If it's info you rate then yeah, sounds good.
  18. Need you to teach me a course in photography.
  19. I'm pretty sure the whole concept is a blend of prepping, airsoft, taking lots of shooting classes and gear whoring, with some movie fantasy stuff thrown in. Comes across like the ideal fantasy world where only certain areas are zombified and the rest of the world is still functioning like normal. That way you can get geared up and well stocked on supplies easily, hop on your fuelled and serviced blackhawk to drop in to the Z-Zone, merk a few walkers then hop back home to the safe area for a slap up steak and strippers.
  20. Over ten years I've been at this lark. Been selling and buying kit here and there for most of that time, been hiring skilled folks to get work done every now and then for a few years now. Not once have I had a problem and then when one does happen it's with someone I'd carefully researched, felt sure was above reproach. Just bloody enraging.

Well yes, quite. I'll have to write the details in a thread at some point, but the guy in question has been on here a long time and had done good work for me once before which made it all the more unexpected.

  21. I so wanted to do that when I got in to airsoft. Seeing this nearly a decade later is immense. Should've take a shot of the right side of the gun and mirrored it before posting though. #missedopportunity
  22. You should try these new social media things mate. These new sites have sprung up with loads of news information about stuff like this that just appears right in to your feed if you want it to.
  23. Correct. PTS did the MOE, CTR, ACS and UBR but lost the license at that point, none of the new MOE-SL stuff. You can get the new stuff here and I'd imagine they ship to Europe - http://www.brownells.co.uk/epages/UK.sf/en_GB/?ViewAction=FacetedSearchProducts&ObjectID=12314&PageSize=15&FacetValue_CategoryID=14200&SearchString=magpul%20stock&Page=6&ICShowAllFacets=1
