I don't actually note down prices paid, just items bought/things I need to get to finish a gun or rig etc. Then when they come in they get lined through.

I have a word doc for each "project", see how much various shops are asking, how many items I can get from the same one - don't use it in retrospect though

I've got a master .xlsx with all the spending for actual and potential projects. I'm not sure if I'm hiding from it, or it's hiding from me.
