Marshall told me Thursday night that propane is going to break my 226E2. That was a cool story.

There was a distinct undertone snark of 'fnar, you idiot' and airsofters talking bs based on myths they read on facebook grinds every single one of my gears, doubly so when it's entirely not correct in the context and said with an air of all-knowing arrogance. I know some of the models don't handle it, but there's also lots of them that run the pressure absolutely fine as we're all aware, anyone who's done some reading would be. First time I pulled out lipos at one site (years ago) some idiots lost their minds like I was a walking time bomb; the ignorance physically pains me with some people.

ran my original 226r as a primary on propane for about 6-7 years and sold it on for it to do a few more years, went through a piston or 2 but thats a given.

Just to be on the safe side, with the hot weather we are having running 134a would probably be a good idea. It's a nice pistol and would be a shame to break it like I did with my m45a1.
