Got to hand it (yet again) to G-Code. you mail them just to point out one tiny spot of rust on a non-crucial screw and you get an immediate reply from the director of operations being highly apologetic. Top blokes.

Eating dinner: "hmm.. these guys in the mess are all decked out in crye MC but they're a bit fresh faced to be sas" Next day: "Hey did you know SFSG are here on the range?". Chalk one up for the geardo.

Whoo, free FirstSpear t-shirt. *Definitely* be getting all the girls with this slogan on my back.
-
'Customs clearing process: Complete' Haha! Suckers.
-
I just like the fact that despite there being absolutely zero evidence to support the implication, we've ended up in a position whereby I'm currently importing a WE XDM that's being carried by an ugly thai female. You guys are so silly, it's actually a KJW Glock which I've used as a carrier for killer european bees by hiding them in the magazines.
-
You will end up with dead bees and a useless magazine, but it could be worse, could have been another AR, wonder i there is a customs bloke ou there scared we are going to start a revolution?
-
I'm not sure they even open a lot of the packages; which is probably why I get away with importing stuff that should never have been exported from the US so often...

Really VZ? $75 to ship two sets of G10 pistol grips? How's about nooooooooo?!?
-
The US postal system does seem a bit FUBAR. I bet I could send two pairs of grips to the US for under £5. I think perhaps retailers insist on using super duper awesome tracked services when it simply isn't necessary.
-
I'm not certain in all honesty, I know there's a surprising amount that charge that exact same amount though so they must all be using the same (clearly OTT) service. Tyr tac, and Blackhawk's main site do the exact same thing. Op-Tac is a fair bit better though in fairness.
-
New offender: hardpoint gear. $70 to ship a trouser belt! fruitcage right off.

I think I need to invest in a decent blade, because I really shouldn't be resorting to cutting open deliveries using a pointy edge on a PTS MIAD backstrap.
-
The spyderco slipits (bug etc) are brilliant. I'm looking for a nice multitool myself. Somehow i keep getting drawn to a SOG EOD one, even though i will NEVER need to crimp blasting caps :<
-
Ah don't worry about it, even EOD guys never crimp blasting caps, heh.

Just used an m70 flash hider to open up the father's day goodie box that just arrived.

Wow.. managed to enrage a trolling soldier that much he made a whole new YT account just to try and get around the fact I blocked him. Quite happy with that, good achievement for my last day down here.
-
Damn.. even my status about some trolling got trolled by a grammar nazi.
-
Have a look at pretty much any of my videos habakure, they've all had some moron write a stupid comment on them at some point.
-
It is YouTube what do you expect. I am sure you could find a well rehearsed play by the RSC and still find a 15yr old that thinks he can do better

Login to hotmail.. hmm.. inbox is strangely full.. and all notifications of shipment? Time to listen to some 90s rap because today was a good day.

After extensive testing, I can confirm that standing in the open paratrooper door of a C-130 while the pilot throws her around at 200ft is bloody good fun.
-
Long as you're not scared of heights/speed/falling out of fast moving aircraft and are used to trusting harnesses it's all good.
-
We saw a C-130 doing that near Copehill Down a couple of weeks back, looked amazing.
-
You can stuff your Alton Towers, I'll say that. Just wish we'd had someone on the ground filming the angles the wings were rolling at.

I can honestly say that when I got up this morning I did not expect to be pressing a button which would detonate 1.5 Tons of P4 just 2 hours later. The fireball and the ensuing blast wave however were quite majestic indeed.

The summarised descriptions on RedWolf's latest products are pretty impressive right now. :-?
-
I think their description writer misquoted a scene from Upotte!, lol.
-
The guy who wrote the description is the guy who acts in review videos?
-
The video guy ("Arclight") left to work for Redwolf's UK branch- I'm guessing he *used to* write the descriptions.
I like the new descriptions

Boom, no more velcro noise
(ironic news)-
I hate the whole mall ninja obsession with velcro begin quiet. If I need to reload I need to reload and fast.......... The whole quiet Velcro phrase seems to have passed me by!
-
While the video was comedic, in the real world velcro noise can be a problem. It's hardly like it's just on mag pouches, and I think a lot of airsofters forget the fact that noise discipline in proper war is almost as important as camouflage. No point being invisible if you rattle like *fruitcage* while you walk/get to your kit.

Need a First Spear Strandhogg, but somehow I get the feeling that even if I paid for it today it wouldn't show up until some time in 2037..
-
Actually slightly considering a Classic Army...
-
At the moment, the AK they've just released fits my criteria the best out of all the models on the market.
-
Why not LCT?
-
They don't make one with a proper top rail as far as I know, the CA is the only one I've seen with that. I've not seen LCT offer a rifle with an AR buffer, upgraded selector, mag guide and full-length front set combined either.

6 mile bergan tab carried out satis. Shortly followed by darts tourney with loads of beer, pie and chips. My dictionary does not include 'counter-productive'.
