  1. That's the CAW, correct? These two-tone guns really don't look as bad as I would have thought. They even look kind of cool, in a sense.
  2. So do you have to shoot anyone with those pistols or do you just tap the on the shoulder with the muzzle from across the field to bang rule them?
  3. Well it's got a blade in it (someplace): Also with my cheap (but pretty bright) LED flashlight and Zippo butane propane lighter, neither of which I carry as often as my Swiss Tool but I still usually have them. I had to walk through a metal detector once. It was slightly reminiscent of that one scene in The Matrix.
  4. I might be alone on this, but I think you look a lot like Simon Pegg. Maybe it's just the facial hair?

  5. I'm sure you can find an engraving artist or someone along the lines to add markings on the receiver. If not trademarks, then probably your name or a cool symbol (see avatar ). I doubt it will be even close to cheap to do, though.
  6. How was that done? Looks nice, though not liking the electrical tape. Is it any more difficult to pump with that stock? It looks like it might be a little harder to grip. Finally, are those BB dents in the wood?
  7. Just a quick pic before I put the original sight back on.
  8. I'm still pretty optimistic. I do hope this turns out to be really great, but TBH I'm looking toward the RA-Tech AKSU more anyway. Only time and experience will tell the truth, I guess. (Can't watch the video ATM) So you can't get around the problem at all by use that bolt stop disable feature?
  9. At this point we can't be sure if this bolt stop failure is the exception or the rule yet, though.
  10. Can you still fire, or is it now totally unusable, Jin?
  11. Righty-tighty lefty-loosey, Lupus. You're right, it is CW thread from what you describe. If it moves away from you when turning it clockwise, then it's CW, but if the object turning moves toward you when turning clockwise, it's CCW. I prefer -14mm or +14mm, 'cause the mathematical functions make it sound smart and cool.
  12. No errors tonight, guess everything's fine now. Thanks Arn!
  13. *Tear rolls down cheek* All of this stainless, so beautiful...
  14. I haven't had any problems with Firefox 3... But that's what I use when I browse Arnies, and I have the same error no matter what browser. The message only seems to display itself between ~4:45 and 6:00 AM (GMT), so I guess it has something to do with that backup process. I can get access to the main forum page, but nothing else. Apparently no one posts during this time either, so I don't think I'm alone. I did bother to take a screen cap, which I'll edit in in a moment. Actually happened again for another hour. Here's the entire error message, plus the time edited in.
  15. Props to Arnie, indeed! I've been getting a few PHP (or something like that) errors still, though. Is that normal?
  16. Unusual, but very cool. How was that done? Edit: Also really liking that MP5 at the top of the page. The older MP5 grip looks much more comfortable than the current ones.
  17. Is the reporter's name included in the post report, too? If not, how can you be sure that the person requesting the thread to be closed is really the OP? Has anything like that ever happened?
  18. An attempt at making my own: I think I like it, even if it's not the greatest work out there. It's better than the blue vortex thing I've had on two computers for the past 5 years.
  19. Oops. In my defense I was really tire when I did the conversion, but TBH I went wrong when I thought that 1 mile was equivalent to 720 yards. I figured 1 meter is slightly long than a yard, so 1000 is greater than 720. A mile is 1,720 yards though. This is why I like the SI system the best. Although the correct spelling is "mètre."
  20. ? A kilometer is longer than a mile. I don't get it.
  21. Dude, that's several different kinds of weirdness and awesome right there. Looks very futuristic.
  22. Credit to Wiki for the image and Cypress Hill for the text.
  23. Just noticed we can rate threads 1-5 stars, but apparently only in the news section. Was just wondering if it was for anything specific, or if the ratings have an impact on something?
