Has been tried by others, been using it mine for a month now no probs. I've had a 25% approx power increase don't need the power but the kick back increase is worth it.

I need help on removing the castle nut on the buffer tube, I don't have the specific wrench. I have tried a strap wrench and trying a punch & mallet combo but the "metal" is to soft for any more attempts. I'm trying to install an ASAP.

I don't have a G39 but keep a close eye on this topic for a possible future purchase. The issue with the over hop with .25, I use .30 as standard would that flatten out the trajector? PDI make trigger parts so that should improve reliability!

Looks like we are stuck with the shrink wrap mod number5, it's not a bad mod I can over hop .30 @1.8j with it.

If you can get new orings easily enough do it. But if its still in one piece, I would just cake it in silicone grease till it completly fails. A coulple of wraps of PFTE tape can also get you out of Dodge!

Odds on its not coming from there, I had a leak that sounded it was coming from the release valve. It turned out the mid-section o- ring was leaking. Strip, clean, regrease, rebuild. Its an easy gas mag to work on.

Someone asked if an ICS Quick-Mag worked on the M4. Honestly no the fitting is to tight for effeciant mag changes and the mag release on the QM is not flush with the M4 button (2mm gap). Access to the boltlock is hindered with the QM, cant think of anything else as I write but seemed more of a hinderence than a viable tool. Could of got it for free if it worked.

Fixed the spongy trigger my M14, a dab of Thread locker on part no14 the cotter pin keeps it from creeping out during operation. I'll let you know if it survives Sundays game.

That sounds like a good deal with the mags inc, T Hum makes barrels 6.01 or 6.03, I have a .03 its good. Also get a velocity reducer from T Hum, I installed one and it increased the range quite alot. How dare you not already have a KJW M4!! I thought you were a GBBR nut.
