What exactly makes the ATI so bad? I was thinking about maybe getting a top-folder. Are there any others that you would recommend. And that thing looks sweet by the way.

Have you taken off the outer barrel? The first time I took my m500 apart I didnt slide the barrel on all the way, it stayed on and seemed secure but it would wobble a bit. I just undid the grub screws on either side of the barrel slid it back a little farther(sometimes it takes a bit of wiggling to get it to slide back completely) and now its solid.

Id say epoxy, you could drill and tap holes if you wanted to hard mount it.

Thanks, it doesnt look perfect up close though but its better than nothing. The only tools I used were a drill and a hacksaw so I think it came out pretty good the holes arnt perfectly even though

Damn, I really wish I had some good before pics...oh well. When I recieved my SPAS the mag tube was dented pretty badly, the flash hider was missing, and the barrel also had some scratches. Lets just say it wasnt in the best of shape. I took some bondo and filled in all the dents and scratches, sprayed it black again and made a custom flash hider out of a copper pipe fitting. Looks wayyyy better! If you look really closely you can kinda tell the mag tube isnt right. It isnt perfectly round anymore but you cant really tell unless you are less than a foot away. But I dont mind since it looks loa

When you say built you a custom one do you mean you bought one of the CL custom guns? Or did they actually make one to your specs? (barrel length, stock, accessories etc.)

Does anyone know where to get something similar to the $10 ebaybanned rail but in the US? Im obviously not expecting to find it that cheap.

Does any one have a spare SPAS 12 flash hider laying around? The one I bought was missing the flash hider and Id lke to replace it. Maybe someone with a chopped SPAS?

Has anyone had a chance to double check the size of the maruzen shells compaired to RS?

This may be a dumb question but is 12bore the same thing as 12 guage?

Quick question for those who have experience with RS and with the maruzen shell ejecters. I know that the m870/m1100 shells are far from similar to the size of a real 12 guage shell. I am curious what type of shells they are close to whether it be shotgun, rifle, or handgun. i want to do something similar to this http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/inde...howtopic=170451 I love my shell ejecters but picking up shells/ using a shell catcher is a PITA. All help is greatly apreciated

Keep in mind that there is a ring in front of the forend that hols the pump in place. The loading arms actually connect to a tube that fits over the magazine tube. The pump them slides over this. If you cut down the forend then the tube that it slides over will also need to be cut down.

I have the private parts loading arms on mine and they fit with no modification, strange.

I have PPA charging arms on mine and it works just as well as with the stock arms.

This has happend to me a couple of times, pull out the trigger mech, one of the prongs of the hammer spring should be resting in a groove on the hammer. Sometimes it pops out creating the problem you described. There may be something else wrong but give that a try.

Oh I just saw on gunner that it shot 5 so maybe that was a mistake. I got my loading arms from airsoftextreme.co but try wgcshop and redwolf.
