I think its the old polymer handguard with the side mounte and not made of aluminum. @navymp just drop dead :-p It's ugly as hell^^ But if it suits your needs... xD

Found a specialized retailer, waited for it about 12 weeks and it wasn't cheap.

My now nearly completed G36A2 Ares G36 with TM G36KA2 Carrying Handle, S-Point, H&K Aluminum Handguard, H&K Side Rails, G&P Scorpion, selfmade proper G36A2 markings and selfmade B&T DMR Mount What's still in need to be changed are a C-Stock (original (140€) or EBB Ares ($30)), original H&K Foregrip for LLM01 (100€) original B&T G36 DMR mount (280€) and a newer version of my LLM01.

My now to 85% finalized G36A2 New ARES G36 EBB with TM Carrying Handle, STAR S-Point (old version), selfmade non-functional LLM01 replica with original plug and pressure switch, original sidemount and selfmade side-plate. LLM and side-plate designed with CATIAV5 and made of synthetic material through laser sintering (LLM01) and PolyJet 3D-Printing (Side-plate). God bless Rapid Prototyping! Nice XM8, looks great! @Pkekyo-Nor Icon All based on RealSteel Parts. LLM01 through camera machting, sidemount is made only through sense of proportion. But as one can see, it's made pretty close

The parts are made through Rapid Prototyping and not painted yet. I desgined them myself along with the LLM. The forward position is something you have to adapt to, but ist not bad...
