  1. Perhaps. I've sold quite a few in the past (not on here) and made a mint on 'em. I might throw one up on ebay and see what people are willing to pay for them. I make them in my spare time, so I haven't got an insane amount of them and I'm just one person...
  2. Thanks guys Thanks! I make them.
  3. Thanks! lol... yeah... I guess I can see why it might look a little funny. The uniform style was supposed to be a tanker's uniform or dropship crewman's uniform from back in the days when I was into the Colonial Marines from Aliens. The flag was supposed to be much larger than the standard US flag (also had more stars in the design). It also looks a little funny on my arm because it's attached by velcro, and as you might know, velcro'ed patches tend to stay more rigid and straight than sewn on patches.
  4. What do you guys think of this Bowman PRR Head strap? (Click pics for larger pic) I normally wear a different hat (tan or MC) but this one will let you see the MC strap a little better. Made from real Crye Multicam (Mil Spec lightweight 50/50 nylon/cotton twill).
  5. My small contribution: But I usually use it unsuppressed:
  6. Especially considering I currently have 16 TM standards with RS Magpuls.
  7. This clone appears to be the Rico Alpha 9. Recently another clone was released for almost half the price of the Rico Alpha 9 (around $110), but it featured a throw lever instead of screws (much better IMHO). They're all good grips.
  8. You could ask someone in the US to get you some real MC.
  9. Color comparisons: Color comparison between the RS Magpul (left) with the Airsoft Magpul (right): Color comparison on Multicam: Places to buy: A cheap place to buy the RS Magpuls would be OPTactical.com. They sell the Ranger Magpuls in 3 packs, and the "L" Magpuls also in 3 packs. Personally, I bought 2 sets of 5 Ranger Magpuls from this Ebay Seller for $66.50 shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which turned out to be the cheapest deal I've come across so far (although they didn't have any packaging, FYI). As for the Airsoft Ranger Magpuls, pretty much all t
  10. Airsoft Magpul Ranger Floorplate Installation: Airsoft Magpuls have basically one major part, the loop (the part that you grip), a replacement screw, and a small plug. They're made for Hi-caps, however, they will work with any mag that uses the bottom screw locking method, and that usually includes most Mid-caps (like G&P Mid-caps). Step 1: To install the airsoft one, the bottom screw on the mag is first removed: Step 2: Which should allow the plastic innards to simply drop out of the metal outer shell with nothing to hold it in: Step 3: The floor plate i
  11. Step 5: In order for the magazine's plastic innards to be able to fit inside the metal outer shell with the Ranger plate and floor lock installed, about 2mm of the bottom of the plastic innards should be filed off: Personally, I have found the easiest way to do this is to file a bit off, try and see if the mag plastic components will lock in place, and if not file a little more and repeat till it works. Step 6: The last step is to slid the plastic innards back into the metal outer shell, and make sure the tabs lock into their corresponding holes. RS "L
  12. The Magpul Ranger and L Floor Plates are floorplate replacements for M16/M4 magazines that incorporates an integral loop, and floorplate lock. When installed on the base of a magazine, the Magpul Ranger provides unsurpassed speed and controllability during high stress, tactical magazine changes. Both the loop of the Ranger Magpul and the Bumper Pad of the L Magpul are made of pliable Santoprene overmolded onto a stainless steel plate. The Airsoft Ranger Magpul is also made out of the exact same materials and to the same specs. ( ^ Somewhat lifted from the Magpul website ^ ) I'm
  13. Just a quick update, all my topic notifications never used to get filtered to my spam mail, which was why I didn't think to look there. After checking the Spam folder per Arnie's suggestion, well lo and behold, there they are! So I made sure to flag them as non-junk mail and I get them in my Inbox now. I will agree with what another member was saying regarding the higher number of notifications now. I did seem to be receiving more than ever before.
  14. I noticed that since the move to the new servers, I no longer receive email notifications of replies to topics/threads that I've subscribed to. Anyone else seeing this, and is there a fix underway? p.s. Other than that, I've found the new servers to be fast and super reliable. Thanks Arnie!!!
  15. Whoa.... that's pretty hardcore and ingenious.

  17. They should work. Because you mention the Magpul Ranger & L Plates in the same sentence, I assume you're talking about the RS Magpuls, and not the Airsoft Magpuls. Is there a difference? Yes. While I can't speak for the L Plates, I've used both the RS Ranger Magpuls, and the Airsoft Ranger Magpuls. Installation is slightly different between the two. What matters is how the airsoft magazine itself is assembled. If you look at the bottom of your CA mid-caps, look at the floor plate there. Near the rear of that floor plate, there is either a hole or a screw. That hole is present
  18. Airsoft. I try to stay with Coyote Tan/Brown, and Khaki as much as possible. I find that OD Green tends to be a little too high contrast relative to the Multicam. I forgot my BHI SOLAG Coyote Tan Gloves that day.
  19. From today's game... just a couple hours ago: Kit list: * Crye combat shirt and combat pants * Lowa Seeker Desert PT boots * Nomex OD Green Gloves * Custom Made Multicam Head Wrap * Camotech Multicam Patches * BHI Strike Recon Vest (Coyote Tan) On the vest: * 2 x HSGI Multicam Double M4 mag pouches * 3 x DiamondBack Tactical Multicam single pistol pouches * DiamondBack Tactical Multicam Hydration pack * 2 x Grimloc Caribener (Coyote Tan) * Gear Sector ASP-V Single Point Sling * DiamondBack Tactical Multicam Assaulters Belt On the belt: * BHI
  20. This is possible. I find that my orders tend to trickle in piece by piece instead of one big lot. You should have better luck with CB. Still best to call first.
  21. OpTactical is awesome and they carry a large variety of different manufacturers' products. If you get your order in before 1pm EST, they usually ship the same day! Their prices are very competitive. The only down side to OPTactical, is that their website isn't very accurate as to what is and isn't in stock. So if you're looking to buy something, you're better off calling first to see if they have it in stock. For example, they sell EMDOM Multicam products, but because EMDOM is super slow about doing production runs (EMDOM's products are made in China) and are always sold out, OpTactical h
