Did you swap the front set recently? If you put an aftermarket front set without putting the clearance notch in the bottom of the outer barrel that can happen. Also check for broken bbs in the notch or feed ramp. Just some ideas.

Here is an adapter to run the real stock. I am sure some of the WE, WA stocks will also fit. http://www.tokyo-model.com.hk/ecshop/goods.php?id=6067 Just about any AEG front set properly modified will work to.

I ordered one of mine with extras from airsoft global and had no issues with customs. The box and packages were open and inspected by customs and it still made it through. Regretably I am selling one of my customized KJW now on E-Bay..

There is a small allen screw in the bottom of the buffer tube at the back. Make sure thats loose, 1.5mm i think.
  5. Look forward to your review. I am planning to buy one to build an EBR out of it but, wont spend the money if the thing ends up being ######.

That grease wont work in as packaged form. Its designed to stick to applied parts whithout washing away. If you cut it down 50% or so with pure silicone oil it will work. If you need shoot me a pm and I can explain how I did it.

Has anyone made a 3 rnd burst kit for this platform yet? If so, who? An aftermarket company needs to hurry up and start making parts for these things!

Thank you Travis, will do. I am going to experiment with a few different types. I broke both of the ones you supplied. I picked some cheap ones up from Lowes and am currently running those. I am gonna head to Napa auto/truck parts next and try out the ones used for hydraulics. There is a company in Phoenix that sells all kinds of o-rings made of various materials. Was thinking about buying a variety and see if the performance is affected by differences in rubber composition and hardness.

Raven1 good times. Its hilarious when the .28 BBs off these things contact skin. I tagged a guy in the back of the neck also, he jumped and ducked for cover. My gun ran great all day, till the end.... Broke another o-ring on the Cradle piston! WTF I was thinking. Took it apart, cleaned all the grease off the piston and out of the cup. The cup revealed a "flap" of plastic inside. I removed and inspected further. On this further inspection I noticed the look of scraping inside the cup. The flap was plastic scraped from inside the cup. Once I noticed this I inspected the head of the piston a

When I first bought my KJW and 3 extra mags one leaked a little. After some lubing and exercising of the leaky valve I havent had any issues since.

I have the G&P/UFC 551 replica. Works great. The recoil does not seem to affect it at all.

Here it is with my new G&P Viper front set! Going to build a complete seperate upper with my G&P Fire Pig set. I added Magpul ACS rs stock, G&P Eotech 551 on top of all the mods already completed with T-Hums parts.

As far as the AEG barrel nut, yes. Both of my front sets are G&P AEG.

The above will all work without the front sight post. The Daniel Defense 7" and 9.5"FSP light rail styles will work without mods. These are the only ones I have had experience with.

My apologies for any confusion, I was using GG when my o ring failed. I "shake well before use" and every time I fill. I say propane cause GG is propane mix with oil added to it. I too am a firm believer in spending the extra money on GG vs. straight propane to protect my investment.

I have noticed when the actuator valve on the magazine sticks, even a little, it spits gas. Check this by emptying the mag of gas completely and pushing on the valve with finger. If it does'nt snap back quickly and smoothly its sticking causing excess gas to vent.(thanks Travis for this hint early on) Disassemble the mag and grease up the o rings on the valve. A little grease on the seals before reassembly wont hurt either.

It was a silicone grease used to lubricate the o rings in paintball markers. Didnt get the brand unfortunatly.

I had a similar problem today at a local game. My gun quit firing, could not seperate the upper from the lower. I used the forward assist to seat the BCG all the way forward. I was then able to access the BCG. I pulled the BCG, pulled the piston cup and noticed the o ring had broke.... My own fault. Need to make sure before we run these things with the cradle piston we use silicone GREASE, not oils. My cup, piston, and o ring were dry and I had lubed it liberaly with heavy silicone oil the day before. Seems the propane blew all the oil away. I changed the o ring, GREASED it back up, and had

Thank you Hector for letting me check out your KJW. I liked it soo much I purchased my own and had Travis do his magic. Thank you Travis for your skilled work and great parts. My M4 Fire Pig has exceeded my expectations in range, accuracy, and power. Time to tear up some folks with it!
