A photo a friend of mine took while travelling and made a desktop out of for me. If any one wants the original you may be out of luck, I don't think it is posted any where public but I will check if any one is interested.

Just been trying to catch up with stuff I missed from before the switch over and found some thing a little odd. The little button at the start of the thread names that pops up with the mouse over text "Go to first unread post" always seems to go to the first page of a thread. Even the ones I know I have read in the old forum. (The H&K and G36 picture threads being the first two that come to mind, though the custom gear thread in the gear picture section that I have posted in goes to page 1 too) Any one else getting this? Is it just some thing waiting to be enabled or is it lost foreve

Well having played with it. I think it is going to need reworking, it needs to be about ten centermeters deeper and have another row of elastic inside to hold the mags in place more securely. Other than that though it worked very well. However on the subject of the closure mechanism I don't think one is needed. Nothing fell out (even sliding down the slide into the ball pool) We will see what happens with a MK2, I think I have enough material left to make another one.

I had considered Velcro but was worried about it closing its self and the noise problem. I borrowed a friends bag (Think it was an old claymore bag) and ended up with it open the entire game. I am going to the Mall this week end so I'll see how it goes there and what needs adding (or taking away) after that.

New bag hot off the sewing machine. First bit of kit I have made my self. Quite pleased with it despite the rubbish stitching in places. Designed to hold the few bits and pieces I need for a CQB game, a few spare MP7 mags, a radio and some pyro, nothing more, nothing less. Despite how it looks that long mp7 mag doesn't actually stick out the top as far as it appears to. Might add a bit of padding to the strap on the shoulder area. Undecided about a zip at the moment, as I don't plan on using this for every day stuff and when playing I need quick access I have left it off for n

Before any one asks the black rectangle is what happens when you get two different resolution screens in xp If any one wants the original I'll see if I can find it on DA again.

Baggy pants you can get some flat sort of wing nuts that let you bolt a rail to the bottom of the grip with out having to make any permement modifications. Unfortunatly I haven't got any photos of inside the grip and don't have the gun here but see this photo. I am not sure what the nuts are technicly called. They were some thing out of the random parts box. They look kind of like this: If one around knows what they are let us know. Wilfire

Also seems to lock up my fire fox 2.0.0.14 no warning at all just kills it dead. Not running no script. The only thing is flash block but as far as I could tell there isn't any flash so shouldn't be a problem.

I had the same. But shouldn't have been here any way got way to much work to do. Always look on the bright side. Never thought I would say that about arnies being down. Was getting the Too many connections message all day. Thought it was the new box not being updated to have the more connections but that's apparently be dealt with.
