  1. Chrome Stainless TM SIG P226 straight out of the box. How are people with this gun (who haven't upgraded the externals) finding the finish holds up? Cheers.
  2. I'd agree, but did you paint the side plate? It looks suspiciously like a standard Midnight Gold finish, although it may be the light. Cheers.
  3. And is it fitted to a WA chamber or an SD one? Cheers.
  4. Yeah, but that's only 'reality' for countries where it's possible to buy a firearm... That's why airsoft exists, because the Japanese are forbidden them. That said, that's an awful lot of money - Has anyone in the US tried building a Tanaka revolver into the frame of a real S&W? Cheers.
  5. I've not seen the black ones on Yahoo Auctions Japan, so I just think they're pretty much unavailable... Cheers.
  6. All the 6mm ones have blue text - I think the idea was to drive collectors in Japan to the 8mm version... What's it like? I must admit, despite reading some bad reports it's still high on my list of airsoft pistols to try. Cheers.
  7. The depth of field is a bit mixed (low light, large aperture issue), but I quite like photos where not ALL the gun is in pin sharp focus. Cheers.
  8. Not in Airsoft form. Cheers.
  9. No need - Nice shots - You've even mastered that much over-looked skill of getting them in focus! Cheers
  10. Not a WA, probably a TM, looks good in that photo, though, I agree. Cheers.
  11. eBay is your friend Cheers.
  12. Would I be right in thinking it's impossible to shoot left handed? Edit : Ooops just read the line that says it is... Cheers.
  13. Nah - Do the Alaskan - AWESOME gun!!!! Although a 6mm airsoft one's going to be a bit wierd... Cheers.
  14. Yeah, build quality is pretty nice and it's very realistic in terms of parts (few that are airsoft specific). The brass trigger guard and wood grips are good (although the grips could bear some stain or lacquer I feel) and the frame's HW ABS. On mine the rear cover of the cylinder isn't a tight fit, so there's a rattle from it and when I first got it (used, but virtually new - no wear on the cylinder) gas went straight into the fill valve and straight out of the barrel. It seemed to be due to the hammer and firing pin interacting incorrectly, meaning that, with the hammer down, the
  15. FWIW I have a delete image button under options and it works. Cheers.
  16. Yeah, but only for the short barreled one (the long barrel is a shot off HWS' site). I'm waiting for the weather to warm up because, frankly, it's a bit rubbish so far. Oh, and the gas goes in the back of the cylinder like with any other PEGASUS system revolver. There's a groove on the right hand side (presumably for fitting percussion caps on the real thing), which is pretty much where the loading gate is on an SAA. Cheers.
  17. Only trouble is that it's real brass, so it tarnishes! Cheers.
  18. Unless quality is what you're after... I've yet to see one of these Lugers, but I'd be amazed if they were as good as a Prime kitted Tanaka. Just from the photos I can see that the finish and quality of metal in the toggle is much better on the Tanaka. Cheers.
  19. Have to on my Remington New Model Army Cheers.
  20. Can't claim credit for the grips (except I bought 'em ) - They came from www.hogueauction.com - great site for cheap real steel wood grips. Cheers.

What do you mean about the Aimpoint being mounted 'backwards'? The adjuster bit's at the back on all the photos I've ever seen.... Is that what you mean? Cheers.
  22. I think it's more because Anime fans do... My latest acquisition... Cheers
