The magazine compatibility is the same as the ICS AKs, which is to say, in theory, any ak mag should fit, but they might not all feed.

Actual AK mags will fit an ICS galil, but those ones dont' fit in anything but the magpul masada with an AKM lower.

Its not a WE copy, the frame is tm 1911 style with a subframe with the rails to hold the hammer bits instead of a plate on the side at the sftey and the rails cast into the frame. The feed lips are the angled marui type instead of the straight WE type, but I can't find anything to confirm if it uses Marui mags.

The changes from the comic aren't actually a bad thing, but I think we can safely say the tank's absence wasn't a twist to throw the readers turned viewers off, they just didn't have the budget for it.
