Very slick loadout and rifle, but I'd prefer a different BDU with all that OD-goodness

KJW M4A1 with Acog. Quite simple and not done by far....

My new toy, a UNC custom KSC Glock 19, bought used. Apparently, it has a KSC metal slide (not liking the finish, very un-glockey.. any tips on how to fix the finish?), HI-Flow valve and a stronger recoil spring. Coming up is more mags, maybe one of those new china made 49-rounders...

I'm a bit confused after my first skirmish with the KJW. When we had nice weather (+27C) about two weeks ago it was doing nicely 130m/s with 0.25 on green gas, and had no problem to expend the whole mag and lock back the bolt. Now on the skrimish on sunday it was only about 12-15C, and i only got roughly 10 rapid shots out of my mags before the gas was out. This was towards the end when my mags had cooled down by the weather a fair bit. I really tried filling them as much as possible... ??? I think it might have been too cold for it, but other users reports suggest that it should be able to co

I must say that this gun really looks to be everything Raven1 has made it out to be. Firing it just puts a smile on your face. Mine does 130m/s with 0.25s or roughly 2 Joules using green gas at about +25C. Cant wait for my first skirmish with it in 2 weeks. And since this thread could use more KJW pr0n, here is my shooter.

My KJ Works M4a1, early WIP. Will get a different stock, ACOG and painted furniture (OD). Shoots nice. SoSwift I'm really liking that M4 build, I might do something similar.

That's great news that they are supporting the platform with more options! I guess the logical next step would be a full lenght version. I hope they consider either a Canadian C7A2 styled sliding stock full lenghter, plain-jane M16a2 OR a USMC m16a4 with full lenght rail. And of-course a M16a1.

Ordered mine today plus four spare mags and a Magpul PTS MOE handguard w/ optional rails! Finally! UNCompany have both the gun and mags in stock now!

My money is really burning a hole in my pocket But no retailers seem to have both gun and mag in stock, atleast not HK or EU ones with reasonable prices. (50€ per mag is not..) Any suggestions?

Very nice, Raven! I sure hope KJW realizes what they have on hand here and actually support it by releasing other variants, a full stock one would be nice as well as fixed carry handle uppers. Now if only someone would have them mags in stock so I could actually BUY one.. *grumble grumble*

I know this might not be kosher, but does anyone know of any EU or HK shops that have both the KJW m4 and mags in stock? I tried redwolf, uncompany, ehobbyasia but no dice, WGC has them but is not accepting orders (fingers crossed they'll be online soon). any options? It's my luck that finally when I'm in a position to buy no-one have them in stock
