  1. They appear to be 2 different helmets (mounts are different), so he still has greeny (among others).
  2. I'll try to find the link again, but they were supposedly real gen3 tubes for like $799 or something.
  3. Are those the ones selling for like $800 on some Chinese based discount site?
  4. @GhostWolf - FYI, the UBL is a belt mount that drops the holster down a few inches, it is not a drop leg system (though some people will add a strap for added stability). Its a comfy ride/draw height, but I've found that it is less comfortable while riding in vehicles (as compared to a standard holster on the belt or a drop leg).
  5. @Rogue845 - Don't you get some weird shadows and dark spots with your light positioned so far back?
  6. The tape just gives the old girl some character.
  7. You have those beautiful uppers...and then the ugly standard PTW lowers, change that stuff out man. What's another few hundred dollars when you're already at that level?
  8. @Ivan, what pack is that in the first two pics?
  9. For a PC designed to be low-pro & lightweight, you sure have the JPC loaded down to bear... Why not go with a more regular PC that's better designed to distribute weight?
  10. What brand are those holsters? Specfically, what's the model on the tan one? Will it run a doublestack, railed, w/ full dust cover too?
  11. Jeesh it looks like you have your JPC loaded up heavy.
  12. Why not just spend the extra ~$75 and buy a pair of MSA Sordins (real ones)? Are you going for a particular impression that you need Comtac's?
  13. I personally run Motorola MTS2000's and am a Motorola Fanboy. That said, the HT1000 is limited to 16 channels, is larger and heavier than the Icom F4s, and in my experience the connectors tend to be more expensive for the Jedi-series radios. I'd probably take a look at the Icom, and have it programmed with the FRS/GMRS channels as well as some of the more "standard" commercial channels. Regardless of which radio you choose, it needs to run on the 460mhz range to be programmable to FRS/GMRS channels.
  14. Depending on what size you are, the JPC's aren't hard to get. Specifically, my small CB got to me in less than a month.
