It came with the mod, I don't have the tools or the know-how to put a new one in as sad as that is. Felt very unmanly saying that...

Having some trouble with my TDC hop mod, it keeps reversing (anti-clockwise) due to recoil so I can't set any hop. Any advice? Thanks.

Are these rifles still going strong guys? Worth a purchase for someone looking for a reliable M4 GBBR? Or are there better alternatives? Thanks
  4. Thanks for the review. Picture of battery compartment please? Cheers

Uploaded with ImageShack.us This is awesome. Please keep us updated on the progress of them, especially for that price I would be interested in buying lots How will you be selling them? Through PM's on forums? Cheers

As noted above, it doesn't look like they will be made let alone released by manufacturers. Looks like it's going to have to be propane adapter and velocity reducers for me
  7. Ah man that looks awesome, I'm going to send off my application for Warwick and come after my gap year (if I get in), will definitely be joining the airsoft and assassin societies :P

  8. Are you a part of this because it looks awesome:

T_hum does not see it as a practical project due the costs(understandable). It seems as if there simply isn't the demand for the mags and the platform does have a fairly small customer base so I don't see this happening sadly unless someone with ability is willing to take a risk. If there is significant support/interest for co2 mags drop me a pm or something and we will get some sort of petition going in attempt to convince a manufacturer however I can't see much support for it even though the appeal for co2 is so great to me and others I know. Any other ideas for getting some made?
  10. Found some extra details elsewhere - "It features a smooth acion, one-hand opening blade with a loud emergency whistle. Its 3" stainless steel 50/50 serrated razor sharp blade makes cutting and sawing a snap." I know what you mean, I thought it could have been a low quality novelty item but when researched it seems (I'm no knife expert ) to be a good quality versatile knife. Cheers

This is exactly why I am looking for the co2 mags for it, it's reliability combined with the convenience of co2 capsules would be great

Cold weather and just general preference (I would much rather go with co2 capsules than green gas, I just find it more convenient but that's my personal preference) Nearly every other M4 GBB platform has done it.
  14. I have been looking at the below knife for a while, anyone know if it's any good? http://www.toollogic.com/sl3.htm Cheers

I have wanted this gun for over a year and have payed close attention to this thread throughout the entire time. I have been waiting/hoping for the release of co2 mags (and co2 compatible internals if required) but I'm losing hope... Do you think co2 mags will ever be released for this platform? I'm sure they would sell a lot of units, I can't see why they haven't (if the internals can't handle it accompanying parts could be released aswell surely). Cheers
  16. Alot of silicon oil later and they are working good again Nice little things, great value. Well worth the money.

Just so people know, I would have liked CO2 not only so I can use it in the cold winter months here in England with little fluctuation of performance but also because I do not like 134a or green gas in general. It costs a fair bit and is messy (hard to explain what I mean by this but CO2 is a nice neat capsule, pop in and pop out) I don't like gassing up mags either. It's just a personal preference. Do you guys think a mod would be possible as on the WE, where you could lower the fps if using CO2?
  18. Mine arrived, the timing system is annoyingly unreliable I have to keep readjusting every time I come back to use them as they seem to have reseted... Also I hate to break it to you man but both of mine have serial number 01 aswell

Not sure if it's been mentioned already (sorry if it has) but does anyone know if co2 mags are on the way and if this thing will be able to handle it or will a conversion be required? Cheers.
  20. Great review. I've got two currently held up at customs. Now looking forward to recieving them even more. I hope the sound created is sufficiently loud to atleast be noticed among the screeches of gearboxs and other sounds of airsoft...
  21. Very quick postage time, excellent product and price, very good communications. Overall brilliant service.

This guy cannot be rated highly enough. Top star seller.

    Cheers

  22. In the end I purchased the real TAD ranger hoodie as seen in the link below. http://www.tadgear.com/x-treme%20gear/appa...nger_hoodie.htm Nice piece of kit.
  23. Cheers Chef, very grateful for your help. Is there any chance you could go into a bit more detail about your nozzle adjustment conversion? Enquiring about downgraded CO2 nozzle with airsoft buddy now. Thanks once again.
  24. Hi guys, I've been wondering and can't seem to find an answer. How would you reduce FPS when using a CO2 conversion kit with 12gr capsules to around 340 fps. Also are there any known internal superiorities of the new WE M16 and CQBR over the M4 AFC as seen below (2nd down) http://www.landwarriorairsoft.com/acatalog/Gas_Rifles.html They are all the same version, aren't they? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
