Thanks corps! I'll definitely look into switching the inner barrel (even to my stock TM one if needed)
Anyways, a little update. yesterday, i went to HSP - excited to field my new setup (even with the decrease in FPS).
However, I was extremely disappointed with the results. I was getting random fliers that veered drastically to the right ever 5th or 7th shot on semi. On automatic it wasn't any better as the shots veered in every direction.
Corps, was your friend having problems with the above other than just a decrease in FPS?

Ok, so I am having a slight issue with this hop up unit. I thought this would be the best place to ask my question:
My current setup:
-madbul Ultimate hop up
-Madbul ultimate 6.01 tbb
-SCS H-Nub
-Guarder Clear Bucking
My issue is this. with the stock tm inner barrel and G&P hop up unit, my rifle was shooting bb's out at around 390 fps. However with this new fps, I am seeing a decrease in fps from 390 to 312 (actually quite consistent).
Any ideas how I can remedy this situation and bring the fps back to 390?

Ok, so after reading all the posts, I am really interested in upgrading to one of these Hop Up Units.
My set up will be:
-Madbull Ultimate Hop Up Unit
-Madbull Ultimate 6.01 TBB
-Gaurder Clear Bucking (Soft)
However, i've looked everywhere for the Big Out Nubs or Element H Nubs but nowhere has them in stock anymore.
I've been looking into this instead: Polar Star Concave Spacer (licensed by SCS)

Can I make a Picture request?
H&K USP 45 with Insight M2 (preferably KWA with Shooter's Design kit)
Also, what kind of holsters would allow me to fit that setup (I prefer something like a SERPA)

Question:
So i read that the Magpul Masada has a short type motor. Would a TM M14 EG1000 motor be a drop in fit (I believe it's also a short type)?
Also, do you guys think this would increase the ROF/ make it sound less "screechy"?

I'm actually very eager to see the finished result. I have the Masada w/ Folding Stock in FDE but i'm considering the 11.5 barrel and slim handguards (I can't stand the railed frontend)
If you have an AAC Suppressor to throw on, that would be awesome!

I just came back from an outing 2 hours ago at Mr. Paintball in San Diego, CA.
My friend just picked up a stock KJW 10/22 Rifle with 7 mags. The last scenario game of the day I borrowed the 10/22 and ran with it for a good 2 hours. The gun's weight, quietness, range and accuracy surpassed all my expectations. I had so much fun with it that I have decided to pick one up for myself.The farthest confirmed kill i got was a torso shot on a player roughly 150-175 feet out. He didn't see me and stood in the open
I've already decided to scrap my MRP Magpul Build and go with this instead. Excellent piece

I've been wanting a Kimber Project for a while now. but i couldn't settle for the "SWAT" version and they don't make RAPTOR conversion kits for the TM yet.
In terms of fitment between the slide and frame and the overall external finish of the HurricanE kit, how do you like it? If possible, could you compare it to the PGC kit? I might seriously consider going the HurricanE route since i'm tired of waiting for PGC to restock their Kimber kits (anything other than Warrior or Swat).

Definitely agreeing with Gigueand, the G&P '733 weighs less than a gnat's *badger*, shoots amazing and looks the absolute boobies;
damn that's sleeeeek - i didn't know G&P were making them now. where did you get it?
Also, what is the fps? and what kind of batteries can you fit in that handguard?

Guys,
I need help. My Masada's Hop up unit is STILL not working.
I've removed the barrel and taken apart the barrel and bucking setup and cleaned/ re-lubed everything. After carefully assembling everything, I am still not getting any hop up when firing.
The hop up unit, bucking, etc doesn't seem damaged in any way. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Hey guys I have a question regarding the ACR.
So I've had my Magpul ACR for awhile now. I've used it lightly a handful of times and it has always been a blast. However while I was using it today I realized that the hop up (when turned all the way off and on) had little effect on the bb's flight path. This has led me to believe that my hop up isn't functioning.
Any ideas on how to solve this?
