That would be me. I'm still working on it, but step one is to replace the O-ring on the npas kit with the O-ring from the stock bolt.
-
The design of the RATech is a direct clone of the WA...and I've always thought it was sub par compared to the others. I made this mistake again just wanting to get the damn thing operational.
-
Don't install the metal npas nozzle set into the stock AGM bolt carrier. The fitment sucks and I can't get the damn thing to properly cycle. I can only hand cycle it. Also I would avoid Ratech hopup unit. Buy any of the others that aren't clones of the stock one. :/

Just put in my new ratech hop and alum npas bolt set......... Couple of things to note everyone: 1.) There's a reason the BBs roll out the barrel. The O-ring that is supposed to be on the hopup lip isn't there, it looks like they used some crappy waxish paper instead :/ 2.) The Alum npas nozzle doesn't fit very well at all. Its very hard pull the bolt face out and let the spring retract it. 3.) No matter how I adjust the npas it doesn't seem to cycle enough or something to chamber a new BB. Now with the npas set to full power, its driving .3g bbs almost through sheet

Boltface/nozzle, hop. Thats to make it reliable. To bring it to 350 on GG you'll need a shorter inner barrel.
-
Your gonna have to swap out several parts if you want it reliable on green and to fire 350.
-
That actually sounds like a MUCH better system to me. I take it the GHKs run GG well and don't leak much?
-
Send me a chrono and I'll be happy to give you the data
-
Ya I'd rather spend a little more and get a mag thats rated for GG/Propane :/
-
Ya I think they are talking out their @ss. +1500 from initial review and looking good.
-
The AGM is 100% clone of the WA.
-
No problem at all with mine. At +1k rounds since my last update and all is well.
-
The thread is only 4 pages long....its on page 3.

http://www.airsoftatlanta.com/misc.htm The duster gas adapter.

Ya Radio shack Duster is the closest formula to actual 134a. It really just lacks the lube they put in the true 134a. Just remember huge huge huge power difference though.
-
You can thank shinnk for point this out one out me, I realize its for the WE but the fire controls are the same basically: http://www.weairsoft.com/video_view.php?video_id=9 I'm going to try and do it to mine tonight.

I'm getting just the alum bolt with npas kit. I'm 99% sure its going to work with the stock bolt carrier.
-
This is what I'm buying from Ra-Tech at the moment: RAG-WA-front sight-004 RAG-WA-front sight-001 RAG-WA-bolt-021 Its length is 250 mm and 363 mm respectively for original CQB and standard M4. So those should be the short and Medium.....I think. When you send you order to Ra-Tech I'd put a note on there asking about it to be sure.
-
Bolt stop is showing some wear, but no where to the degree the WAs did. I think it'll live to 3k+ rounds.
-
You can't legally buy 134a in the US anymore. So Duster gas is essentially the same thing, depending on the brand it might be a tad bit lower power. I stick with RadioShacks stuff because it was the best in all the tests i did a long time ago. I'm debating just getting the replacement bolt set instead of the complete carrier too.

Ya upgraded hop-up is a must. Inner Barrel seems fine to be actually.
