  1. If you guys are still looking for mag options, have you tried AGM mags with heavier hammer springs? I forgot about this option and just stumbled upon it again today. My Prime M4 basically went crazy....a ludicrous amount of recoil and very low cool down for a supposedly low quality mag. The mags fit just about every magwell I can think of and hold an insane amount of gas. BTW, anyone want to trade an Ino for a Prime?
  2. my bad, I forgot about your laws. Regardless, semi auto is great!
  3. I almost never use automatic. Only in CQB when I know that ALL of my shots will hit the target. Its not so much the recoil but rapid fluctuation/drops in FPS even in short bursts. For some reason I frequently find myself firing 5-7 shot strings at a target in semi. That way each shot is on target and consistent. A good compromise might be that three round burst kit.
  4. .2, .25, or .28g doesnt really matter. The G&P hop-up is a real nice piece of equipment! Its the only hop-up I've ever used in my rifles.
  5. I think I was using .2 or .25g BBs at around 360-370 fps or so. I'm not sure anymore.
  6. With my Inokatsu 09 (which I sadly sold, stupid me!) I did the same as rvp69 basically. I used a G&P hop-unit with G&P barrel and RAtech red rubber. With .2g BBs and green gas I could get excellent accuracy and tremendous blowback Its definitely worth it...if you're willing to sweat for an hour and get all the mods done. Other than that, they're fine rifles.
  7. My bolt carriers still work fine... (all four of them) All of my G&P magazines are rock solid and don't leak The bearings don't make much of a difference The wobbly receiver is fixed by shimming or a cheap locking pin The nozzle still works fine after wearing Twangy recoil springs are common to even real ARs, you just don't hear it over the sound of a 5.56 discharging And I can use .2g BBs on green gas perfectly fine... The WA and KJW both have their strong points. It just so happens that the WOC is more appealing to me. More aftermarket support, more models to begin with
  8. Surprisingly, with a new hammer spring and new recoil spring (a 150% cut down to 2/3 or so) its actually getting better gas efficiency, with around 30 full powered shots. This pistol just keeps on surprising me.
  9. The grips are a light tan. They aren't that bright though, that's camera flash as it was cloudy outside when I took pictures. If you're going to buy one, definitely get a new hammer spring. Its good in stock form, but it can be made a lot better on the cheap
  10. The magazine is the brushed silver type with the mag bumper, which in real life provides room for an eighth round, resulting in a 8+1 capacity. Bell copied Marui’s design and thankfully the fill valve doesn’t need an extension to be reached. It holds the advertised 27 rounds I think, but I prefer around 22 to leave enough gas for a solid slide lock. The STAR grips are simply tan plastic and do the job well. They won’t ever slip in your hands. Score: 8.5/10- needs better sights and engravings, but what the hell Internals So this answers the question of whether or not this handgu
  11. Bell M-45 MEUSOC Review (with mini review of STAR grips) (EG728 in Bell nomenclature) China cheapsoft galore! This is another example of GBB coming out of China recently. Worth it or trash? Note that I already replaced the grips for this review. The stock ones are TRASH. Like I said for my last Chinese made gun (AGM M4A1, first run), keep in mind the unbeatable price! The ARMY version is $10 more so this is the most affordable of all the MEUs on the market today. Real Steel History The MEU(SOC) is a M1911A1 type pistol issued to certain members of Marine Expeditionary Units. Early ex
  12. Bolt Carrier Group: The bolt carrier group (BCG) of this gun is the biggest let down. Let’s start with the charging handle. It WILL break after a couple thousand rounds, so make sure you replace it. That being said, it’s a SPR type handle, so not completely correct for the M4A1. The bolt carrier is an appealing dull gray and does its job. The nozzle is a light colored polymer and works well, but it needs modifications. (very simple ones) Simply disassemble your nozzle and move the tiny flute valve spring from behind the flute valve to in front, in effect converting it from the troublesome
  13. G&P M4A1 WOC (Western Arms Official Custom) Review By: Tinydata So I know this review is long overdue. I just never got around to writing a proper review of the basic G&P WOC. I know some people read my AGM M4A1 review, so keep that in mind when reading about the upper end of GBB rifles. The WOC was the first metal-bodied WA system rifle to be offered on a large scale. Prior to this, bodykits had been sold, but not pre-built WA rifles. Western Arms (of Japan) licensed their patents to G&P in Hong Kong, paving the way for well constructed, high quality GBBrs. Thes
  14. You probably will have to track one down used
  15. if that doesn't work, track down an AGM hammer spring. That will fire ANYTHING

  19. Does anyone know if the JM PDW is just a rebranded Dboys? Thanks
  20. Hey, I don't remember reading about it, but is the delta ring real steel RIS compatible? Or is it still Marui's proprietary system?
  21. First AEG in a long time Its a G&P SR-16 URX with G&P Eotech and no-name PEQ-15
  22. My RAtech steel carrier fits my WOC perfectly, its really smooth
