The Arktis ones look like they should be fine as long as you can fit the attachment points of the LBV through the gaps in the webbing stitching. The one I use is like a more traditional PLCE hippo pad but rectangular. Will stick a photo of my set up tomorrow.

Belt pad should solve all those comfort issues with ALICE, fits on the inside of the belt and allows you to keep the ALICE clips I have an Eagle one but most the manufactures make them in varying designs .

Can answerer that question, im in one of the pics. Was a two day event with a social sat evening at Eversley Hampshire. Josh from Gunman usually runs 3 or so of these events a year at diffrent site along with a bunch of other themed weekends, Vietnan WW11 etc

I think strong cable ties are the best method. I got some MOLLE>ALICE adaptors in my Safariland ELCS kit but found thy just made the pouches stick out too far from the vest and flap about. The belt replacement bit is just not thick enough to stop the ALICE clips moving around. Found it was better off using other methods. Could also give paracord a go but might be a bit more fiddly
